Nice porridge for their porridge. WIFI connection is good and able to access Youtube, Google etc.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. Well done Crowne team Foshan!

Excelent 5 stars hotel, warm welcome , big nice room , very professional front desk , for a business trip stay , this hotel is the first choice

The start of the hotel stay was terrible and horrible. Air con wasn’t working and called the guest or service concierge, no one pick up. And I have to endure the night with sweat and stuffiness in the room. Emailed and Maggie (CS manager replied). Called the counter again as Maggie offered to change the room after the technician check and resort to repair. Nothing they can do. - however no one pick the phone on the second day. I emailed again for help. Finally Maggie offered to change the room - for the last night. Working fine. Service. Frankly the staff need to pick up the phone. Despite the recovery from Maggie, I won’t give chance to the working group. Service wasn’t prompt and attentive. Old hotel. Not up to date. The only good thing is - Foshan is a nice place to move about. But it doesn’t got to do with the hotel. Other than that. All are pretty fine.

Very good location. Just 10 mins walk from Jumiao. Clean and big rooms. Hospitable staff especially 宇婷 who helped us a lot during the check in process

Nice location, but everything is very old. Rooms only offer basic amenities (definitely not a 5* property)
