Horrible got kicked out for a extra pillow

Hotel was in rough shape, under the bed was things older then me lol is what it is

Check in staff and room condition are good. Breakfast is just coffee with toast. And some glazed bread. For 1 night stay, it’s ok.

Room was disgusting. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door. Pee and Harmon the bathroom floor and around the base of the toilet. Mirrors were gross and covered in a film. The ac unit was covered in dust and mold.

I was not pleased with the fact that we were placed in a room that supposedly was non smokers because we do not smoke and we had children, yet the room was reeking of cigarettes and not only that, there were old cigarette buds outside out door and next door too. When I asked to be moved, they refused and said all rooms were taken and to stay with freshener, I couldn't understand that because the parking outside was pretty empty at 730 in the morning. I felt like we were put in the hidden side of the hotel which faced a badly stained pool. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I hope they do fix a few of what needs to be addressed, the gentleman in the front were pleasant but still didn't resolve our concerns.

The room looked dirty and like it hadnt heen cleaned and there was a hole in the ceiling we cked out within an hr of arriving to the room went next door to the Laquinta and it was like night and day.

I don't like that i had to walk up stairs and still remain on the 1st floor

Everything was finethe staff and the manager was nice

The people treat you good

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. As soon as we walked in the room we knew we were not going to stay. Everything was caked in dirt. A/C was broken to pieces. Several cigarette burns in the the bedding even though it was a nonsmoking room. Refrigerator was falling apart and bathtub was brown with stains. The guy in the office was nice enough to refund our money. And i have to add i am an easy going person and can look past a lot of things and not complain and i have never had to leave a hotel but there was no way i was staying here!!!

The people run the hotel do good.

The location is the best and you have to take the turn around just to get to the property. But they are always clean.

It’s okay for a one night stay but the facility itself was dirty, AC unit didn’t work at all and had dirt in the vents and I mean a lot. It had hot water in the shower but it had no pressure and felt like the head would fall off if I touched it

The pictures shown and the way it actually is are two different things! There were no trash cans in the room, tv remote, or knobs for the A/C unit. The blankets on the bed were very old and stained and the room smelled like stale ****.
