Considering we received an ”upgrade” and the employee being very nice is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. We arrived late, around 11pm on a Friday night. We retrieved our key from the lock box and we're greeted by an employee who saw us thru the window. He came outside and immediately knew who we were. He was very welcoming, said ”Happy Anniversary” and explained how to walk back to our room. We we got to our door, the code we were provided did not work. We walked back to the front of the building to ask for help. He met us around back and gave us a different code which did work. In the dark of night and us rushing to shower and change for our dinner outting, we did not notice the ”imperfections” of the room. We returned at about 1am and went straight to bed after showering (there were only 2 towels which causes us to dry off with wet towels). The a/c never brought the temperature of the room down cold enough for a good night's sleep. We are early birds so we woke up some time between 5am and 6am. Our plan was to enjoy the resort for the entire day before heading out. As we turned on all the lights and began getting ready to head out for coffee, we decided to look out of the window at the pool. This is where we discovered the stick that opens the blinds was broken - no biggy we did it with out hands. While enjoying the view of the sand floor covered pool, we notice blood splatter on the window blinds. This triggered us to open our eyes and look around the room. We discovered blood on the second window blinds, mold on the bathroom walls, holes in the walls, unknown stains on the futon, and many misc scuffs, scratches, and paint chips throughout the walls in the bedroom. We were generally disgusted by this and decided to just leave. We gathered out belongings and went to check out. There was no-one inside and the door was locked so we just left our key and departed. I had booked this reservation thru a travel service and reached out to them about the situation. They contacted the resort and received a response saying ”the room is up to standard”. Therefore confirming that blood on the windows, mold in the bathroom, and holes in the walls is a standard for this resort. If that in fact is a standard they are proud of, it should be advertised as an amenities on their resort profile to advise guests who may not consider sleeping next to the blood of previous guests as a ”standard” for a $200+ a night room.

Das Hotel lässt ein wenig zu wünschen, ist älter als das andere in der Region, hat ein ganzes Hotel-Titel und gelbe Wände, die es noch älter scheinen. Aber die Lage ist sehr gut, etwa 100 Meter von den Wellen

Unser Flug wurde abgebrochen, und da wir übernachten mussten, wurden wir von einem Ort zu Sonesta verwiesen. Schön und sauber!

I took my daughter on a mother daughter trip. We stayed only 1 night. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful! They allowed us to check in early the day we arrived and even allowed a late checkout the following day! They were so helpful getting the free bike rental, even brought a toothbrush to my room when I realized I had forgotten mine. Amazing staff. This hotel was cute, very close to the beach and not to far to get to shops. We didn't have a carso we walked or rode bikes everywhere. It's an older hotel, the floors have not been updat, but the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Es gab viele Bauarbeiten, aber der Westin war erstaunlich! Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war komfortabel und großartig Aussicht!

Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber komfortabel, gutes Bett, schwarzes Gräser und Dusche mit Glastüren! Sehr schöne Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Abmessung: kein Raumsafe! Ants überall im Zimmer ( auf dem Bodenboden). Wählen Sie höhere Zimmer! Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön.

Ich hatte einen sehr nützlichen Aufenthalt. Der Hotel-Frontbüro-Manager hat sogar mein Zimmer aufgebaut, weil ich das Gefühl hatte, dass der andere rauchiert wurde. Das Personal ist im Allgemeinen sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Väter waren atemberaubend und schnell, schnell schnell. Auf dem unglaublichen Service kann die Lage vor dem Meer und der Pool nicht besiegt werden. B Ocean war schön

I would like to recognize HASINA that works in the kitchen for breakfast. Very polite, respectful, personable and has such a sweet spirit. Always being sure we are comfortable and taken care of. GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY! A person like her made our visit great and we will definitely come back. Thank you HASINA!!!!

Wenn Sie ein Auto Glück finden einen Ort, eine Ebene unter dem Hotel hat ein paar Punkte, vorne hat ein paar mehr, wenn das Hotel 25% besetzt Sie nicht finden einen Ort und müssen auf der Straße parken und gehen. Alle Zimmer haben Eisbuckets, aber keine Eismaschinen im Hotel, Sie müssen nach unten zu der kleinen Bar im Lobby und sie aus Eis ziemlich oft. Die Zimmer sind leicht renoviert, aber Sie können sagen, uns nicht auf dem Gleichgewicht mit Kettenhotels. Differenz bei Farben berühren Farben und ein leckendes Dach mit Wasser kommt runter. Hilton Diamant und Lebensmittel erhalten ihr Lebensmittelkredit, aber es ist nichts Besonderes im Hotel nur fangen und gehen Artikel aus einem Supermarkt. Bleib am Hyatt Platz oder Hyatt Haus, mit Lebensmitteln in der Nähe von Fußgänger, viel Parkplatz und neuere schönere Zimmer.
