Você compra a hospedagem com direito ao cancelamento. Fica doente e não consegue cancelar em um dia. Daí no outro vai para negociação com o hotel e ele rejeita. Respeito zero com o cliente.

O hotel é super completo, em uma localização excepcional com café da manhã de ótima qualidade. A área das piscinas é muito agradável e toda a equipe trabalha com muito carinho. É um local para voltar várias vezes!

It was an absolutely fantastic experience! We aren't very fluent in Portuguese, yet the staff made it so easy to communicate and help us - even with non-hotel related issues - so we truly felt we could unplug from stress and enjoy a week of total relaxation. You can enjoy breakfast surrounded by nature and birds singing, or have lunch next to the pool with live music events on weekends. Despite being close to the beach, we enjoyed staying at the hotel's pool far more.

The hotel needs an upgrade or renovation immediately. The rooms smells like mold so bad . I got the worst allergy there with the bad smell . Location is great . Rooms are spacious . But the furnitures are old and stained . It could become a much better resort if they start to pay attention to details .

Reno was amazing welcome and very helpful great job 10 stars worker. Facility is amazing and break fast is delicious. Highly recommend for family and friends who are looking to relax and have good time. The beach is beautiful and people are very welcome.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay in this beautiful part of Florianopolis. Front desk staff were most welcoming, as was the service at the poolside bar. There is easy access to bars, restaurants and the beach in the area and the apartments are spacious and modern. The gym is also spacious and well-equipped and breakfast most enjoyable and filled with variety. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil environment. Only downside was the wifi connection which was unstable at times.

So, I booked the trip on ********** originally for two nights but then owing to flight schedules, I had to extend my stay by one night. I tried through ********** to combine my reservation into one but was told after waiting for 40 minutes on hold (as a Gold member) that I would only be able to do it at the hotel. So I get to the hotel and they find my reservation for one night but then couldn't find my reservation for the following two nights. The guy at reception kept trying to blow me off and telling me to be calm (I wasn't raising my voice or anything, I was just expressing concern because I had pre-paid for the room and didn't want the hassle of having to find somewhere else to stay). So I never did get an adequate response the first day and ended up having to check out. They did eventually find my second reservation but it was with the owners of the room??? which I didn't get at all, and not with the hotel. The first night, I went to my room on the first floor and both balcony doors were broken. The room also smelled like mold and was really shabby and worn out. It was late so I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a handyman to come to the room to tell me, yes, the doors were indeed broken, then another 30 minutes at reception while they found me another room. My replacement room was on the fourth floor and the balcony door didn't lock there either but it was after 11 PM and I was tired so I gave up, also, I didn't feel as unsafe as I did in the first room. At 7:34 AM the following morning, the construction started right outside my window. Anyway, I checked out then checked back in, and the next morning, I was told my breakfast wasn't included in the price (even though it was according to **********) and I would have to call the owner. I didn't want to deal with it so I just paid $20 for the crappy breakfast. Then when I asked for a wake up call because I was leaving super early in the morning, they never called me. I fortunately set an alarm so I didn't miss my flight. I'll never stay in this place again, the only good thing was the beach. It's 40 minutes to downtown so definitely not a good place to stay if you plan to go to the convention center or another location in the city to work.
