Für mich kein 4 Sterne Hotel!!

Zimmer war vollkommen ok. Durch die zentrale Lage konnte man zu Fuß Stadt erkunden.

Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great hotel , high standards.. it’s not easy to stay a hotel like this in Italy .. all amenity and stuff was great, specially the receptionist gentleman’s very helpful .

Breakfast was simple but great tasting. Staff were great . Rooms were om the smaller side, but still a great stay

The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel is clean and tidy overall. We didn’t try the breakfast but seems decent. And the location is convenient cuz it’s near train station.

The hotel is super close to the station. However, noises are loud at night and there is no air con. We struggled staying here.

The staff was very professional and everyone spoke English. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was good for me because I could walk to everywhere I wanted to visit. Their "continental breakfast" was good and had a lot of things - yogurt, muffins, eggs, bacon, croissants, and various other things.

I enjoy myself staying there. Staffs are very friendly, speak excellent English, and very helpful too. The room are nice and clean. Location is excellent. Will definitely come back again

very good location just near train terminal and convenience store. room is clean and have essential amenities. very good for the price.
