Nice room and nice service! The location is convenient, and the room is clean. It is really good value for the money.

フィレンツェ中央駅近くゆえに、アクセスの良さを理由に選びました。 設備としては及第点レベルですが、建物が古くエレベーターが小さく、狭く、ちょっと怖いです。 また、セキュリティのためにホテルの入り口には厳重なカギが掛けられており、それに慣れるのが大変でした。 従業員の方は親切でした。そのあたりは価格相応かなと思います。 ただ、バスルームがかなり薬品臭いのが気になりました。 しっかりと清掃をしているということなのかもしれませんが、私にはちょっと臭いがきつかったです。 またホテル側のとおりは、おそらく尿などによるアンモニア臭が漂っており、夜は怖いイメージがあります。 このホテルに限らず、このエリアは女性だけの宿泊にはおすすめできないと感じました。

With a little more effort, this hotel could readily achieve a five stars review from me. Firstly, the good points. Great location near the station and not far to walk to many areas of interest. Lovely room that was well-equipped and quiet, apart from one night when an extended family were talking loudly after they returned from their evening meal. Breakfast was generally good, although the number of seats was limited and caused a problem on a couple of occasions. But we found it frustrating to arrive and read a notice to say that we had to check in at the sister hotel across the street. This meant carrying our cases up some steps, heading up in a lift, checking in, then wait for the receptionist to stop dealing with other guests, go down to the street, cross it, and then take the lift up to the hotel where we were staying. It's a good job that it wasnt raining when we were doing this. Also, the bread at breakfast was tasteless sliced, white bread. Surely, there's some great bread available. Also, there was far too much sugar in the granola. Staff were very helpful within the constraints imposed on them.
