This place is in the perfect location. 2 blocks from the train station and 1/2 block to the inter-city bus station. City bus and laundromat right next door. Tons of restaurants close by and the River is 3 blocks away. The best place to people watch is the Piazza Santa Maria Novella - just 3 blocks from the front door. The people who run it - Pierro and Marsala are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and good with the suggestions for anything we asked. On our last night there the gave a nice bottle of wine to celebrate. The place came with the usual amenities - bed, dresser, clothes closet, couch, TV, bathroom, small table and chairs, microwave and small fridge. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker but a coffee shop was just steps away. The price for this place was fair.

La signora Marcela è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha mantenuto i bagagli anche dopo aver lasciato la struttura, ci ha indicato i locali in cui mangiare e posti da visitare, la struttura si trova in zona centrale.

We hadden last minute moeten boeken. Hier was plaats. De manager was heel vriendelijk. Aankomst was bijzonder, geen echt hotel. Kamer was niet mooi maar wel functioneel. Ligging is perfect en de prijs is goed voor hartje Florence. Badkamer is in orde.
