Superb location with outstanding accommodation. Spacious and clean with staff available if / when needed. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and fantastic shower. Toiletries included. Breakfast served fresh every morning in the garden. Quiet location with short walk to the centre. Wonderful owner & staff. Incredible value for money. Will defo be back again. Would highly recommend.

Claudia was fabulous! Polite & made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the b&b is great - lovely and peaceful after an evening out and about in the hustle & bustle and the room itself was wonderful, clean & cool. The gated courtyard was an added bonus and made us feel very secure! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

The place, the experience and most importantly the host was exactly the opposite of the reviews. To begin with, our host did not inform us of the ongoing taxi strike even though I had asked her multiple times about getting to her place. We had 5 bags and we had to walk all the way 2kms in hot summer weather. We had traveled 9 hours from southern Italy with multiple delayed bus and train schedules, host seemed to have 0 sympathy bone for that. She wanted our passport pictures for ID which is pretty standard in any airbnb or hotel. I had told her I would send it over to her as soon as we settle in and freshen up, but no she could not and would not wait for 5 long minutes. I was just having the first meal of my day at 9pm and she comes knocking on the door for the ID pictures, at which point I send her mine and tell her I would send my partner’s ID proof as soon as he is out of the bathroom. But no, she wants me to drag my husband out of the bathroom for her to get his ID proof. We are vegetarians and have dietary restrictions, we had ordered food from Uber eats asking permission of the host, the food arrived probably 20 mins before we did - so we kindly requested Claudia if she could collect the food. But alas no, that was out of the job description for our dear host. We asked for some cutlery to eat our food, which was again given to us reluctantly like we were asking for the biggest favor. And there is a note on the listing which says check in is available 24 hours a day, and we arriving at 8:45pm was a big problem for our host. Coming to the place itself, it wasn’t the greatest of the places for the money paid. There are a lot of mosquitos and ants. We are in a better airbnb today which is a good locality, right by the bunny bridge and much better host, and guess what for a cheaper price than Claudia’s. The whole experience left a very negative taste of the place and we felt very racially discriminated to say the least. Would never recommend it to anyone! You are better elsewhere

Sono stata ospite con mia sorella per una notte, Claudia è una padrona di casa eccezionale. Il posto è incantevole, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, offre un angolo di quiete e riservatezza. Camera curata e confortevole in tutti i suoi aspetti. Colazione ottima con prodotti di qualità. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, sicuramente ritorneremo

Molto vicino al centro. Il bus 11 dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella passa di fronte. Comodamente raggiungibile a piedi(palazzo pitti dista 15 minuti minuti). E situato in una zona verde e tranquilla a 3 minuti a piedi dal giardino dei Boboli e accanto ad altri due giardini privati. Stanze pulite, comode e piacevolmente arredate con tutte le comodità e bagno davvero comodi. La doccia dell appartamento era una sciccheria. Letto comodissimo e silenzio durante le notte. Dotata di un cortiletto tranquillo che funge da saletta comune nella bella stagione, immerso nel verde e con dipinto colori caldi e sgargianti. Davvero Comodo l ingresso indipendente. Abbiamo trovato te in omaggio per il bollitore e bibite nel frigobar a disposizione. Pulizia ottima, la proprietarie e l' Inserviente sono stati cortesi ma non ne abbiamo quasi avuto bisogno e tutto è filato liscio. Gli ospiti sono pressoché indipendenti per la durata del loro soggiorno e possono entrare e uscire pressoché a qualsiasi ora. E come avere una casa invece che una camera. Non abbiano usufruito della colazione ma era possibile richiederla. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti e consigliamo questa struttura a tutti anche per el il rapporto qualità semplicemente ottimo.
