1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb.Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich, von der Dekoration über die Einrichtungen bis hin zum Service. Die Frühstücksdesserts des Hotels sind exquisit und reichhaltig, auch die Catering-Produkte zum Abendessen sind stabil. Allerdings könnte der Service beim Abendessen besser sein, schließlich fällt eine Servicegebühr an.

Also blieben wir im Kilim Hotel für 8 Nächte und wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt. Es ist Familie, das Personal ist hilfreich und freundlich. Es befindet sich genau die halbe Straße zwischen Calis und Fethiye Altstadt, beide etwa £3 in Taxi jeder Straße (oder Sie könnten gehen). Das Frühstück am Morgen war nett, Kaffee, Tee, Brot, Butter, Jams, Käse, Eier, Getreide und mehr. Das Außenbereich war wirklich nett zu socialisieren und war nicht überfüllt. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn ich ein sehr vernünftiges Hotel in der Fethiye-Zone suche.

this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! I’ve gotta say when I got to the Dove Apart Hotel I was instantly taken aback. The poolside area were part of my dreams. The hosting is really where you get your money’s worth. They were very accommodating and helpful when it came to giving us things to do during the days, such as perfectly organised beach trip. The rooms were lovely and all the facilities worked wonders for all of us. I cannot stress enough that this is a great place to stay. It was perfectly distanced from the beach where we sat and drank rosé. Will be making a return. 5*

We had never been to Turkey and went to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday. They booked us a sea view room in the Nil Boutique Hotel and it was superb. The room itself was spacious, spotless and with all the amenities one needs. It had a lovely en-suite bathroom with a glorious rainfall shower, a small balcony to the side and glorious views of the sea and surrounding coastline. The bed was comfy, there was a kettle and a fridge, ideal for putting fresh milk in from the local store, and a safe. Housekeeping was excellent with the room made up every day. The restaurant was wonderful, opening onto the seafront, with comfortable seating. The menu was extensive and, as we found almost everywhere in Turkey, the food was excellent and cheap. The Turkish breakfast, included in the room rate, was fresh and very filling, and you could have anything on the plate replenished. We ate there almost every night, the grilled sea bass I had twice, and every meal was excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, and very well trained by Angel, our lovely hostess, or should I say 'magnificent' hostess. The surrounding area is lovely to stroll along, and a short water taxi ride to Fethiye is well worth the trip. The amazing thing were the street dogs in Calis Beach. They are looked after by the hotels and restaurants, well fed and wander in and out of the bars and restaurants but never try to beg for food. I had a particular fondness for an old golden retriever who rather enjoyed sharing my breakfast! Absolutely loved our 7 nights there and will definitely be returning!

Sehr gutes Sundia, sonniges Frühstück, sonnige Suite, Zimmer mit Blick auf die Ägäis! Die Menschen um mich herum verliebten sich, verlobten sich, heirateten und bekamen Kinder und rannten immer weiter. Ich rannte und rannte, holte mich aber nie ein. Als ich zurückblickte, winkte mir der einst extravagante Junge zu Verabschiedung.

It was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

Wir haben hier für 9 Nächte im Februar geblieben! Das Hotel ist absolut schön... sehr sauber und das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war perfekt und hatte alles, was Sie brauchen ... es gab genug Küchenausstattung, wenn Sie Ihre eigene Küche kochen wollten. Es war sehr modern und sehr stilvoll. Es hatte den zusätzlichen Nutzen einer Waschmaschine und einem Kleidungsluftgerät, um Ihre Kleidung auf dem zu trocknen, was groß war. Wir gingen zu essen in Ju Beach Bar & Restaurant und erhielten einen 10% Rabatt, da sie eine Verbindung zum Hotel haben. Der Meeresfront ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß so perfekte Lage. Der Pool sah schön aus, aber war nicht offen, so möchte ich bald wieder kommen! Unsere Familie, die in Fethiye leben, kam und reservierte ein Zimmer und hatte auch eine wunderbare Zeit und waren auch von dem Hotel beeindruckt. Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft 🙏
