Riad Dar Rabha

Stayed at the Riad with family for a couple of days. It is notorious to say that the service by the staff was remarkable at full length, since the warm welcome at the check-in until the last seconds leaving to the airport. It is safe to say and thank especially one of the hosts, Saaid for his exceptional work at guest service, a fact that made our whole stay much more enjoyable. Little details are what make you feel comfortable and well treated, without any doubt a great team of kind workers who are happy to help and do their job. About the hotel the breakfast is notoriously better than other Riads that you can find, the location is terrific, it could not be better being situated at the heart of the Medina. Thanks for you hospitality! Definitely a recommended one for any type of traveler. ES: Nos quedamos en el Riad con la familia por un par de días. Para destacar, el servicio del personal fue excepcional en todos los aspectos, desde la cálida bienvenida en el check-in hasta el último segundo saliendo hacia el aeropuerto. También agradecer especialmente a uno de los anfitriones, Saaid, por su trabajo excepcional en el servicio al cliente, un hecho que hizo que toda nuestra estancia fuera mucho más agradable. Los pequeños detalles son los que te hacen sentir cómodo y bien tratado, sin lugar a dudas, un gran equipo de trabajadores amables que están felices de ayudar y hacer su trabajo. Sobre el hotel, el desayuno es notablemente mejor que en otros Riads que puedes encontrar, la ubicación es estupenda, no podría ser mejor al estar situado en el corazón de la Medina. ¡Gracias por tu hospitalidad! Definitivamente, uno recomendado para cualquier tipo de viajero.

We just loved our stay at Riad Dar Rabha. The Riad is quietly tucked away at the boarder of the old Medina, with easy access to the Medina and to taxis to get to wherever you need in the city. With our extended family we’ve rented almost the whole Riad to attend a wedding across a long weekend with different check-in and check-out dates seen we flew in from different locations. Karim and his staff have been the perfect hosts accommodating and attentive to all our needs. The Riad is private and a peaceful oasis and serves as the perfect escape from the busy Medina. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. The staff serves each morning fresh traditional Morrocan breakfast. Karim knows the city like the back of his hands and serves as a perfect source of what to do or where to go in this bustling city. On my next visit to Fez, I will definitely go back to this great Riad, which I highly recommend!

For the price this stay is amazing. The breakfast is some of the best we’ve had in morocco so far and everyone is so kind and willing to help. It’s in a great location for food, with ‘Made in M’ and ‘cinema cafe’ being my recommendations for close good food. If you want a drink, British saloon is near and serves alcohol (bit pricy though). Would recommend!

Hemos estado alojados en el dar dos noches, nos dijeron que la 2 noche nos iban a cambiar de habitación que dejásemos todo preparado, nos vamos a conocer fes y por la noche venimos y teníamos la misma habitación pero nuestra sorpresa es que no nos habían hecho la habitación, camas sin hacer, la papelera llena, nada no habían entrado en la habitación, vamos una noche fuera a otra ciudad y a la vuelta nos dan otra habitación y nos vuelven a decir que la última noche nos cambian de habitación, esta vez fue verdad, cuando llegamos por la noche, las maletas en el pasillo de la habitación que nos habíamos quedado la noche anterior y la nueva habitación era mas arriba todavía, nos dan una habitación de tres camas individuales y dejan una sola colcha y una mini manta, esa noche pasé frío y entraba toda la luz x los cristales ya q no había cortina, tengo una mala experiencia en este dar, una mala organización en el tema de las habitaciones, el niño que nos servía el desayuno y nos ayudaba con las maletas, muy buen niño, de resto no tengo nada bueno que comentar

El trato de la persona que lleva el Riad (Saïd) ha sido excelente des del primer momento, muy acogedor, te hace sentir como en casa, puedes preguntar tus dudas y siempre tiene una respuesta para tí. Breakfast perfecto, habitación muy cosy y cómoda. Situación justo al lado de la puerta azul, sin duda si vuelvo a Fez, tengo mi Riad de confianza ;)

Es el riad perfecto para visitar Fez. El trato es una de las mejores cosas que tiene este alojamiento, son súper agradables y el ambiente te hace sentir como en casa. Todo está muy limpio. Probamos dos habitaciones y en las dos la cama era cómoda y tenía espacio para una estancia agradable. El desayuno es muy abundante con diferentes opciones de panes, tortitas... Y por supuesto, no pueden faltar las mermeladas y los quesitos, es Marruecos. La ubicación nos pareció perfecta, está a 3 minutos andando de la Puerta Azul y en los alrededores hay de todo para estar más cómodo. Recomendamos los restaurantes Culture Box y Ched Said, perfectos para cenar. Además, justo al lado hay un cajero de la oficina de correos (sin comisiones) y enfrente kioskos para comprar agua. Solo se puede pagar con tarjeta.
