Fijn en mooi hotel, erg rustig (kwam hier als solo in januari, en er was maar een koppel. Ombijt was prima, helaas was de douche vrij koud. Zwembad is leuk. Maar wel koud dus kon die helaas niet gebruiken. Dakterras was daarintegen erg fijn.

El hotel es precioso! No lo parece desde fuera y cuando entras te sorprende ! Es como un palacete ! Y el personal encantador , te ayudan en todo !

Super mooie riad, goed eten en heel fijn personeel. Vooral Yassine, wanneer je iets nodig hebt gaat hij voor jou of met jou op pad. Hij laat je de goedkope eet tentjes zien en zorgt ervoor dat je niet teveel betaald bij de marktjes.

Ich bin seit 5 Tagen im Riad Jamai. Die Behandlung durch das gesamte Team, Mohammed, Khadija, Meryen, Ayoub, war fantastisch, sie haben uns bei allem geholfen, unsere Reise und unseren Aufenthalt in Fes erleichtert. Sie stehen sich so nahe, dass sie Teil Ihrer Familie sind, absolut empfehlenswert. Wir sind sicher, dass wir bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Fes das Riad Jamai wiederholen werden. Vielen Dank, dass Sie dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen.

A quaint experience, with courtyard living, my wife sold it to me as our 4th destination of Fes in Morocco. Climbing 3 flights of steep stairs with a suitcase was not my idea of fun. No kettle, no fridge are just some of the expectations of travellers. To make a coffee or tea Breakfast was nice! As they say you get what you pay for!!

I thoroughly enjoy my time at the Riad jamai, that staff there were absolutely amazing they were pleasant and helpful and the fact they can switch bilingual was amazing 👌🏻 our saffron suite was beautiful and well cleaned, breakfast was lovely ☺️ I struggle with everything being in French but that’s what google translate is for 😂 we had clothes ironed and meals in the Riad an we couldn’t fault them My only negative was that the area to me was a little bit overwhelming and scary to say the least when out without a guide etc! There is not really much food place around the area either, so paying the Riad prices are to be expect as their food is lovely! Ensure u have cash as no card payment and I would suggest a private transfer back to the airport(roughly) 20euro the staff took us to meet the taxi driver which was great! Unfortunately I did see a few cockroaches in our room and on the terrace which gave me the absolute fear but it was only on the night of the storm so I’m hoping that was the reason ☺️ but other than that I would certainly return and hope future travellers enjoy the Riad as we did ❤️ once again I would like to mention how lovely the staff are! ❤️

This riad is in the very heart of the Fez Medina! You should definitely go there if you are interested in a real Moroccan experience. The structure is stunning and waking up with the singing of the birds in the courtyard is incredible. The staff has been very kind and organised a tour with a local guide and provided us with a breakfast “to go” since we left early in the morning. You can also eat inside, the pastilla is high recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property March 3-5, 2024. Can not remember the room number, but it was a very neat double. Riding the taxi into the neighborhood all the way up to the front door I had a few doubts about the location. This turned out to be one of the most friendly and authentic visits I had anywhere. It would take me too long to write about my Jamai experience, so I want to thank Amine, Meryem, Ghizlen, and Khadija for being special people. Thank you and I would stay again!!

Large rooms and super beds with an unbeatable staff. This Riad is away from the primary tourist areas giving the visitor more of a local experience. ManagerMohammed, Guest agents Khadija and Marian and all around night man and trouble shooter Tarek are first rate hosts and problem solvers. Great rooftop hangout area and kitchen for all your needs. You could do little better than this riad.

This riad is a hidden gem if you prefer the real Fes. Yes people here are quite poor but you get to enjoy life side by side with good honest working people. In this place they don’t hassle you or try to make you buy whatever. People have real life struggles and you are welcomed to join in. Inside Riad Jamai it’s luxurious and warm. A big thanks to our friend Yassine and his sidekick- we forgot his name as he just appears granting all our wishes. Yassine understands service. He takes care of you. Has a good attitude and always has a positive comment. And finally our cleaning lady was the best. She was so hospitable and friendly and we wanted to just take her with us back home!!! But then we met her beautiful daughter and we understood that she was even more wanted in Fes. This woman deserves a lot of praise!!!

I have been with my wife and my daughter at Riad Jamai for 4 days, the treatment we had from the entire team, Mohammed, Khadija, Meryen, Ayoub, was fantastic, they helped us with everything, they facilitated our trip and our stay in Fez. They are so close that they are part of your family, totally recommended. We are sure that our next trip to Fez we will repeat Riad Jamai, thank you for making us feel at home. We will come back!!! Sure

An incredible experience at this Riad. The staff have been unbelievably helpful, caring and hospitable. We definitely have received this kind of service anywhere else. A must. Plus the Riad is gorgeous.

We had an amazing stay at this authentic and beautiful Riad in the heart of Fez. The entire place is gorgeous. My daughter said that it makes her feel like a princess. The rooms surround a central courtyard with a small pool, and it's beautiful. The bathroom was like our own personal spa, and the decor of the rooms felt classical and historical while also comfortable. They offer rooms at different sizes and prices, so there's something for everyone. They also served a great breakfast every morning of various breads and pastries along with fresh orange juice, mint tea, and coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - Mohammed and his crew were superb. We also took them up on some of their tours which were less expensive than many competitors. The riad also serves dinner for an extra price if you want it, and we did this one night. It was delicious, too! The location is in the medina where you can walk to all of the historical sights along with restaurants, shops, the tanneries, and many other places.

Beautiful riad with good reception, truly helpfull and friendly staff, quite spacious and cool pool inside (not heated by the sun), nice rooftop to enjoy the evening view over the city and surrounding. All clean, good beds, airco etc., breakfast was a bit more sober then we were used to, with a market just around the corner one would expect some fruit or eggs. Nevertheless a very pleasant riad from which you walk straight into the medina. Recommended without hesiation.
