Schöne, geräumige Zimmer. Sehr sauber Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Der Manager ist super freundlich und sorgt dafür, dass Sie eine gute Erfahrung haben. Das Restaurant ist großartig, mit hilfsbereitem Personal mit guten Empfehlungen, die hervorragend Englisch sprechen, wenn Sie nicht Spanisch sprechen können. Wir haben die Nacht geblieben, bevor wir unseren Camino-Wandern beginnen und sie sichergestellt haben, dass wir unsere Gepäcktag’s drucken und auf unserem Weg sein können.

Das Hotel verfügt nicht über Tee und Kaffee in Ihrem Zimmer, wie einige Bilder zeigen. Ich war ein bisschen über das gespannt, da ich ein Bier mag, während ich morgens bereit bin. Allerdings kann ich dieses Hotel nicht schuldig machen. Die tägliche freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung, sauberes Zimmer und kostenlose Parkplätze sind ein Bonus. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

El personal un 12/10 o más. La ubicación buena. Pero decepcionada. Yo reservé hace tres meses, pasándome 17 minutos al teléfono para explicarle solo la condición de dos habitaciones juntas o lo más próximas posibles y no entendieron esa condición. Al final lo solventaron, ya dije que el personal muy empático. El hotel parecen dos edificios juntos, es un laberinto totalmente, poco recomendable o más bien nada para niños o gente mayor, mi madre no podría ir sola y mi hija de 14 se perdió en el laberinto y hubo otra pareja que no sabía si tenía que subir por un lado o ir por otro, literalmente. No es accesible, hay que solventar como 6 escalones mínimo y las habitaciones standar no son amplias. No hay escobillas en los baños. Ni agua caliente de noche. Yo quise lavarle a mi hija pequeña los pies en agua caliente a la noche y después de un buen rato salió templada ni un minuto. Las primeras habitaciones que me dieron, me cambié exactamente tres veces de habitación, la segunda vez no cerraban las persianas. El desayuno escaso no, lo siguiente. Mi hija no puede tomar leche proveniente de animal y se les había acabado en las dos mañanas que estuve allí. Mi hermana no pudo tomar café, un café normal, pues no había. No hay basura de líquidos o lavabo o similar. Espacio muy deficiente, como diez mesas. Tuvimos que esperar para desayunar, como mucha otra gente. Lógicamente, aunque el trato del personal fue más que exquisito, no volveré. No accesible, laberinto, sin agua caliente ni escobilla, tengo que mirar si las persianas cierran? No me tienen leche para la niña ni un café normal para mí

(+) Nichts (-) Halb Stunde vor der Ankunft hatten wir eine Tropfendine im Zimmer, als wir an die Rezeption angerufen, sagten sie uns, es sei normal, dass nichts passiert. Am Abend, als wir ins Zimmer kamen, machte der AACC ein schreckliches Lärm, so dass der ganze Aufenthalt ohne ihn zu setzen. Einer der Schranken war kaputt, wir gaben auch einen Teil und sie sahen es normal. Die Garten im Zimmer sind kleiner als die Fenster, so dass das ganze Licht der Nachtscheinwerfer und die Tageslichter eindringen. Am schlimmsten ist, dass das Hotel keine Elektrofahrzeuglader hat und alle Parkplatzschalen abgeschafft sind, aber auch auf der Endrechnung haben wir für dieses Konzept eine Gebühr von 15€ erhoben. Ich weiß, dass wir ein gutes Angebot bei Booking erhalten haben, aber das gibt ihnen das Recht, dich in ein Zimmer zu setzen, das für Wartung geschlossen sein sollte, und nicht für Gebühren, die nicht in ihrem Tarif veröffentlicht werden, oder für Dienstleistungen, die sie nicht erbringen können.

An exceptionally friendly welcome awaits guests to this very pleasant and centrally located hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. Our buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice - cereals, pastries, fruit, cheese, cold meats, omelette etc. I would definitely recommend this place. Buen Camino!
