3-Sterne-Hotels in Fernandina Beach

Das Residence Inn hat unsere Erwartungen überschritten. Es ist bequem gelegen und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und mehreren Restaurants entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, hatte einen Schreibtisch und kleine Küchentisch und auch eine Küchenzeile mit einem zwei-Brennstoff-Stof, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und einem großen Kühlschrank. Grundstücke (Kisten, Geschirr, Glaswaren, Flachwaren) sind gelagert. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wanderbad-Dusche war groß und die Handtücher waren plush. Das Kingsize-Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer war ruhig und kein Straßenlärm wurde gehört. Ein Außenpool und Platzplatz sind sowie ein kleines Innenausübungszimmer zur Verfügung. Frühstück war eingeschlossen und war sehr gut mit geschroteten Eiern und kanadischen Bacon ein Morgen und Hammer und Käse fritatas plus Bacon ein anderes. Machen Sie Ihre eigenen Waffeln. Obst, Joghurt, Oatmeal, kalte Getreide, Saft usw. sichern Sie etwas für alle. Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hat immer einen herzlichen Willkommen. Die einzige ”Beschwerde”, die ich hatte, war, dass die erste Etage Eismaschine aus der Ordnung war. Wir würden nicht zögern, für einen Rückkehrbesuch auf Amelia Island wieder zu buchen. Haustiere sind erlaubt, wie wir mehrere Hunde sahen, aber ich habe nicht gefragt, ob die Gebühr oder irgendwelche Beschränkungen.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Service am Frontdesk war am besten mittelmäßig.

A hotel with entertainment, dining, live music, and a historic harbor/waterfront less than a football field away? This hotel pulls it off! Stand on the sidewalk just outside the office and there are a plethora of restaurants and entertainment right there in view. An eclectic multitude of local stores and shops, each with their own unique flair are accessible with just a short walk of a few minutes. Right behind the hotel, just across a rail line is the harbor and waterfront with a terrific view of the sunset over the Amelia River. The location alone gives this hotel a terrific value. Inside, the room was smaller than a lot of newer hotels I've stayed at, but the room was clean and well kept. There was one small piece of corner trim board pulled loose right next to the bed, but that was the only flaw I noticed. Breakfast was included with waffles, omelets, pastries, cereal, and fruit available along with a great view of the waterfront from the breakfast area. Parking is quite tight and requires a parking permit from the hotel office. The drive around the hotel is VERY narrow, and the lot fills up quick. If you can't find a spot in the parking lot or along the driveway, check the gravel overflow lot UNDER the building on the back side of the hotel. There are several spots underneath building right on the ground level. No matter if you're coming to Fernandina/Amelia Island for the shopping, the nightlife, or the beach, give this hotel a look.
