The location is right by Hongqiao in the ancient town, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Despite this, it is very quiet at night—the soundproof windows ensure complete silence. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the smart toilet with heating is a great touch. A particularly thoughtful detail is the provision of disposable toilet seat covers and bath towels, which make the stay feel extra hygienic. The air conditioning is also very comfortable and warm. The owner arrived early to meet us at the drop-off point, and his wife carefully explained the ancient town’s map—not just pointing in a general direction but providing a thorough and detailed explanation, which was a big plus. The couple is so kind, gentle, and polite. Whenever we had any questions, the owner responded promptly. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

If you have a chance to visit Fenghuang Ancient City, do not miss staying here. Aside from the fact that this place is modern, clean, and comfortable, the host and hostess are the best we have encountered throughout our month-long travel in China. Thanks Yao for your hospitality.

I liked my room. A very warm comfortable bed and a nice view out the window of the ancient building rooftops. It was located just a few steps from the main tourist bridge but was still very quiet. The staff always offered some fruit or even some spicy candys. Fenghuang is a must see at night and staying overnight at a hotel is much better than just a day trip.

This is a great place to stay during your vacation in fenghuang 古城。 The owner is so caring to take care of us. I am sick due to the weather and they not only provided me the surgical masks, but to gave me some medical herb You can view the scenery from the room too

Excellent personal service, very helpful. We got free upgrade of better room. The boss picked us up and carried our luggage. Will definitely recommend this.

Excellent location at the famous bridge attraction. The hotel is very newly renovated with morden facilities, clean & tidy. The young couple owner are very nice & helpful. They upgraded our room upon arrival, which is more spacious and the bed is bigger. They guide us with a detail map how to walk around the town and the tourist attraction. They also recommend nice restaurant with tasty food and reasonable price. Really appreciated their service and we have a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

帶爸媽旅行，特意定在古城內位置便利，距離停車場近，老闆會到🅿️接提行李箱，提供了很多旅遊建議，房間收拾的乾淨，住在這裏特別方便，爸媽逛累了直接回酒店休息，老闆還泡了茶水，洗漱的毛巾浴巾紙巾都是一次性，一次性馬桶墊，在鳳凰的體驗感很不錯，值得推薦，祝老闆生意興隆，下次和朋友來還住這裏

喜柿的位置非常好，自駕的話將車停在虹橋地下停車場，步行穿過虹橋就能到他家了，周圍好吃的也很多哦。房間特別乾淨、温馨舒適，重點老闆和老闆娘人也可好了，特熱情，辦入住時老闆娘給了一份巨大的地圖，挨個介紹了景點，講的也是十分生動，真心好評👍👍👍

非常非常喜歡這個酒店，乾淨衞生，地理位置很方便，觀景視野不錯，帶着孩子出來玩主打一個隨心所欲，這裏留的印象太好了，臨走老闆娘還送了一包薑糖，簡直無微不至，回到家的感覺

很棒的一趟旅遊，帶媽媽到長沙旅遊一路到張家界，再臨時決定帶媽媽去鳳凰古城沒來得及做攻略，意外訂到很不錯的民宿，環境舒適乾淨，雖然在小巷裡，但出門幾步就能到虹橋，非常方便，旺中帶靜剛剛好，帶媽媽旅遊也不會太嘈鬧，提前聯繫好到店時間，民宿老闆會出來接送帶路，還幫忙拿行李，老闆夫妻倆還是帥哥美女，人也好，事無大小從搬行李到調節房間温度，貼心周到，房間在四層沒電梯，出遊幾天行李箱又大又重，老闆也幫忙扛行李，怪不好意思的😅，推薦的小吃和飯店都沒踩雷，好吃👍還送了一張很漂亮的手繪地圖🗺️和跨年小禮物🎁房間景色超棒還能看到跨年煙花🎆太美好了，下次還去🙋🏻♀️

1、房間無裝修氣味，面積大、簡約且温馨，在房間就能看到沱江，智能加熱抽水馬桶，還準備了一次性的浴巾毛巾，沐浴露的香味好好聞； 2、美女老闆非常熱心與細心，主動幫我們升級了房型，介紹的遊玩線路非常合理，主要景點全部涵蓋；帥哥老闆還幫忙拿辛苦到樓上房間； 3、酒店緊鄰虹橋，出門轉右過虹橋就能看到著名的吊腳樓；

環境很乾凈整潔，老闆夫妻特別熱情，不僅幫忙拿行李還幫忙講解古城的景區，古城很美，民宿很棒，非常好的體驗。希望老闆生意興隆！
