N no lift to 2nd floor In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates. Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang.
