Direkt an der Uferpromenade. Es gab ein Upgrade aufs Zimmer Tolle Pflanzen und Anlage Frühstücksbuffet Klasse, aber Cafe nicht genießbar. Liegen am Pool zu eng gestuhlt....fast Platzangst bekommen. Sonst aber alle sehr freundlich

Alles genial empfehlen Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vom Flughafen aus leicht zu erreichen und rechts von der FV-Straße in jede Richtung zu fahren.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind groß genug; es scheint, dass alle Zimmer das Meer sehen können; das Meer ist sauber; der Strand ist schön; die Servicepersonal ist enthusiastisch, sorgfältig und professionell. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und schmeckt noch gut. Das Zimmer hat einen leichten Haargeschmack; die Fenster sind nicht glatt und können nicht alle überdacht werden; Das Zimmer ist immer noch ein alter Maschinenschließfach und mit einem größeren Zeichen, es ist sehr unkomfortabel, Wasser zu schwimmen; es ist auch etwas weit entfernt, um mit dem Bus zu fahren.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer war schön und tedy - Premium Junior Suite Nettes Infinity Pool auf dem Dach. Das Essen war erstaunlich, es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes. Ich empfehle und werde wieder bleiben.

Renoviertes, aber komfortables Hotel, Sie haben in der Umgebung alles, was Sie brauchen: Supermarkt, Restaurant-Zone, der Strand ist nicht gut, weil der Strand ist aus Stein. Aber 2 Autominuten entfernt haben Sie die kleine ”La concha”-Schlange sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist normal, die ungewöhnliche Reinigung und das Hotel hat keine Aktivität. Es ist also ruhig, keine Party oder Ausreise zu warten. Wenn du einen guten Preis bekommst, empfehle ich dir.

Personal de l'hôtel parlant français, à l'écoute et serviable à la réception et du côté restaurant. 2 piscines au choix, une plus au calme que l'autre selon les désirs. Große, sehr funktionelle und saubere Zimmer mit Poolblick (oder nicht). Hotel gut gelegen neben den Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Die Nahrung war schmeckhaft, obwohl es wenig Vielfalt fehlte (ich war in halber Pension). Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis.

The location and overall mood of the hotel were very good and pleasant. The entertainment team, known as the “Animation Team,” was professional and friendly. My daughter always wanted to participate in their programs! 😊 The staff in the kitchen and bar were friendly and maintained high standards of cleanliness. However, one negative point was that the man responsible for drinks at the snack bar was, unfortunately, impolite 😡
