酒店很有特色，古香古色，是花了心思的，餐食服務也是極好的。酒店裡還有自己的戲台，節日裏有非遺文化表演。唯一美中不足的是空調，春節定了兩間房，突遇大降温，兩個房間空調製熱一開始都有問題，一間來人調修好了，另一間調修了制熱也很差，冷了一晚上。可能雲南需要制熱空調的時候少，不常遇到，提醒酒店下次降温前各房間都提前調修一下空調。酒店整體還是非常推薦的！

GGastnutzerDie kurzfristige Buchung eines Hotels war eine große Überraschung. Ganz zu schweigen von der architektonischen Ästhetik des jahrhundertealten Hauses. Die orientalische Ästhetik, die aus diesen alten Holzkonstruktionen sickert, kann mich allein beim Anblick beruhigen. Der Sonnenschein vermischt mit dem Geruch von Holz breitet sich mutwillig aus. Die beiden Gastgeber waren auf die richtige Art herzlich und rücksichtsvoll. Nachdem wir spät nach Hause kamen, arrangierten sie, dass wir am Herd Tee kochten und uns in der erfrischenden Jianshui-Nacht unterhalten konnten. Das ist mein liebster Reisezustand, nur um alle Lebewesen zu sehen. Der Moment der Reibung mit dem Leben der beiden Gastgeber gibt mir ein warmes und angenehmes Gefühl. The effort they put into bringing everyone together, preparing the delicious food, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was a joy to meet the other guests, share stories, and enjoy the fantastic BBQ Doufu in such a beautiful setting. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the evening truly special.
This homestay is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and a sense of community. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve made here, and the BBQ gathering was the perfect highlight of our time.

The rooms are located inside a historic stone and wood building that has been renovated respecting the culture of the place, creating very large rooms, in style, equipped with all possible technological comforts. The owner, Lawrence, speaks perfect English (a very rare thing to find in Jiuanshui), is a highly cultured person and can help you solve any type of problem as well as accompanying you on visits to the surroundings, making you enter the heart of Yunnan. It is the best place I have stayed in Yunnan, without a doubt. In this place I left my heart, respect and affection for Lawrence and all the staff.

GgNoelsterLocation was ideal; near the 建水紫陶街 and is no more than a 10-minute drive to 建水临安古城. The family room assigned was spacious and clean enough, just that it was on the top floor; there were no elevators, so I have to lug my huge suitcases up about 8 flights. The kids were disappointed that the pool wasn't maintained and didn't take a dip, but every morning's authentic breakfast made up for it.

GGastnutzer民宿離朝陽樓約5分鐘路程，逛古城、朱家花園、臨安府署等多處景點還挺方便。民宿有接或送客二選一的服務。老闆娘是回族人非常客氣，一直招呼我們品嚐烤豆腐，幫忙買了小火車票，還推薦了好吃的飯店（福籍菜味道不錯），退房時還贈送了小禮品。民宿設計佈置挺有特色，房間大乾淨，床墊和枕頭偏軟（對有頸椎或腰椎不好的人羣不太友好），廁所一直有異味，不敢在裏面呆時間長，乾濕不分離，不敢洗澡，衹洗了洗腳馬桶邊都是水。

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in a beautiful old mansion, and we really enjoyed our stay there. The inner courtyard especially was gorgeous, with blooming flowers in January. It's located right in the center of the old town, next to one of the main attractions, the Zhu Family Garden. It's very quiet and cosy. The mattress was nice and firm, and there was lots of hot water with good pressure in the bathroom. The owner was kind enough to upgrade us to a huge room with a living room, which we loved! Would definitely stay here again.
