On the ground floor (approx. 60 sqm) there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet as well as 1 living/dining room with an integrated very well equipped kitchen. The basement (approx. 60 sqm) is equipped with another bedroom, a bathroom as well as a leisure and fitness area. The outdoor area has a roof terrace (approx. 50 sqm), a pergola (approx. 12 sqm) and a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue facilities for wonderful summer evenings.
