I was surprised, after inquiring with the front desk, that housekeeping does not automatically change bed linens or make up the room unless asked except on checkout. This is definitely a change since pre-COVID. Other than that, fair price for a large room.

We booked on line when we got there they were repaving the parking lot and wanted us to leave our cars and belongings in a dirt parking lot on the other side of a six foot high fence. My husband is disabled he could not walk that far. It was paid but never got money back had to go elsewhere, and pay again. One problem we found going through 3rd party with paying on line when you get there they may not have what you requested available. The hotel says get it from you. 🙁thanks.

After making a reservation I was called and told that there was no parking because they were working on the parking lot. I did not have enough time to reserve another hotel at a decent rate but I feel like staff should have told me when I made the reservation I would not be able to park in their parking lot. I have a disability and it was really hard getting my items to the hotel. Then when I called I asked what they served for breakfast because I like sausage and eggs and they told me they had sausage and eggs as a part of the buffet but the sausage was not breakfast sausage it was italian link sausage that looked like chopped up hotdogs. The beds did not look like they did in the photos and were missing the blanket at the bottom of the bed.

While all of the staff were friendly, Jessica at the front desk really helped make our stay enjoyable. Her quick and friendly customer service was really appreciated as she recommended a great restaurant, Shamus Steakhouse, and always had a smile. Their hot tub there was also truly hot, not just luke-warm like most places. It was a great place to stay!
