It is good to stay in

酒店離機場很近，出行比較方便，打車也很容易。不過酒店沒有牙刷等一次性洗漱用品，如果沒有帶這些東西就比較麻煩。

離機場挺近，出行也還算方便；名字好記（很意外這個也是加分項嗎？語言不通…這個名字似乎很多人知道，包括的士司機，所以…），工作人員很友善。 附近有一些大使館，所以這一片應該是比較安全的。比較推薦～

wifi不給力，房間小。環境還好，服務很好

早餐不錯，位置好找，環境不錯，出酒店大門，直行400多米，就一個本地較大的超市，突尼斯mall.購物方便。酒店裡不提供拖鞋，不提供一次性牙刷牙膏，需要自帶。

Personal ist freundlich aber das ist auch das einzige. Schon beim Check-In um 16h00! Hats angefangen und mein Zimmer 2ar noch nicht bereit. Zimmer werden an einem tag gemacht dann auf zwei darauffolgenden Tage nicht mehr. Sauber machen ist wohl von der Tagesform der Angestellten abhängig. Überall liegen Haare herum auf dem Bett, Dusche und Böden. Die Toilette ist schief montiert und der ventilator im Bad kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden was ein in der Nacht störend ist. Man hört den Zimmernachbar Handyspiele spielen so ringhörig ist es. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok wenn man Pizza zum Frühstück mag sonst besser ums Eck in Cafe gehen. Nicht abendessen im Hotel für das was man Kriegt (Buffet) bezahlt man auch noch unglaubliche 75 dinar. Keine Restaurants in unmittelbarer gehdistanz. Zum Seeufer sind 15 min. Fussmarsch. Die Region ist sicher und man kann sich ohne Probleme auch zu Fuss bewegen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

A pricey hotel compared to its quiet service, When I arrived at the hotel I asked the receptionist if the Wi-Fi was good, he told me it was good, I told him I asked my friends and they told me that Wi-Fi was very poor, the receptionist confirmed that it was good. But unfortunately when I went to the room and paid the value of a night reservation 220 Tunisian dinars. I found that Wi-Fi was very slow and did not work in some areas of the room. I went to the reception and told him that Wi-Fi was not good, I asked him about room services, could I ask for a dinner, he told me that the room service was working 24 hours, I could ask for what I wanted and unfortunately again when I called the room service they told me they did not have any Something, and that the workers do not exist and there is no dinner. So I decided today and since the morning to leave the hotel and went to the Concorde Hotel.

This is my sole and final stay at this hotel. The heating in my initial room was malfunctioning, and the hospitality services and cleanliness were severely lacking despite the hotel’s four-star rating. I strongly advise all visitors to avoid wasting their time and money in this establishment. Attached is a photograph for your review.

It's the great hotel with kindly staff The location was great near to the airport.The room was confortable and clean . The breakfast was delicious . I recommand . They have a easy transfert . The decoration at the réception is peaceful inside the town.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lac Leman! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything I needed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-situated hotel experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

This hotel has low quality services compared to its price, the food quality was various from day to day ( ie one day you enjoy the food next day you found nothing to eat . Also the stuff stole 85 T.D from my room but the room was nice and clean

Good location and nice staff when you Check in. Breakfast is medium not many choices. Cleaning is medium. Not worth the price. The staff is friendly and smiling. The hotel has a parking in front of it if you have a car. Recommended just for the location.
