This is a hard review to write. First off, the staff are all very good and put a lot of effort out. The problem is the hotel itself. It feels like it's in sort of a death spiral. Prices are low (and yes, you get what you paid for) so there is limited money for repairs, which means the hotel won't support higher prices and on and on. There are just a lot of small repairs that need to be made such as damage to drywall, shower rod is not flat so the curtain won't stay open.....so moisture gets every where and damages the drywall. Breakfast was fine. No pancakes/waffles...there's a spot for a machine, but I assume it's broken too. The pool was fine, but the door to the outside wouldn't stay closed, so someone had shoved a bunch of cloths (sheets?) In front of it to keep it closed. And they looked pretty gross, catching water. Again, it's an inexpensive hotel. The staff works hard, but they are working with limited resources.

Große Lage im Hotelbezirk. Einchecken und Auschecken ist einfach genug, aber eine $100 Einzahlung erforderlich. Zimmer war sauber und vollständig gelagert. Frühstück ist bedienbar, aber nichts zu schreiben zu Hause.

TRAUMATIZING! This is by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced. The only reason why I gave 1 star is for the PM front clerk, Jessica, who listened to our complaints and helped us check out as soon as possible. The lady who prepares the breakfast was very kind, but the breakfast option was not great. 1. DIRTY! Unwashed bedsheets. The room was so dirty! The bed sheets and pillow cases weren’t washed! You could smell the previous guest on those sheet and bed. I wanted to cry. Good thing is that we always bring our own bed sheet so we just covered it up since it was already late at night. 2. FOOD IN MICROWAVE. As if the dirty beds wasn’t enough, I opened the microwave to heat up some milk for my daughter and I found a left over bag of White Castle in it! Disgusting!!! If the housekeeper is going to pretend to have the room cleaned, at least make sure all the trash has been cleared out the room. The microwaved was stained with splattered food all over. The coffee maker, refrigerator, tv and furnitures had dust sitting on them. 3. DISGUSTING FLOOR. It doesn’t stop at the microwave. I found shoes under the bed. That freaked me out because I thought someone was under the bed! The bed has a base frame and they didn’t even bother to check the little space under the bed. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed. The rooms were just unsanitary, I honestly feared for our health, especially for my little girl. 4. The pool was closed. It was not stated in their website. Nor was there any note from their email prior to our check in. The pool is closed due to “health” and sanitary issue. That was a red flag. They told us to use the pool from Leisure world and they reimburse us. We did for one night but that was so dirty! And the hotel did not reimburse us as they said even after leasing the receipt and emailing it to the GM. 5. BROKED DOWN ELEVATOR. They placed my group with children on the 3rd floor. It would’ve been fine if the elevator was working but it broke down! The elevator inspection sheet was outdated to Feb 2022. Scary. 6. UNAUTHORIZED CHECK OUT. We received an email that we have been checked out on our second day while we were out exploring the city. We tried calling for 30 minutes without any luck. No one answers the phone in this hotel. We had to drive back for 30 minutes just to make sure they don’t clear out our rooms. What a headache and inconvenience. We were robbed a good and relaxing vacation. This was the last straw. This was a blessing in disguise because we had to check out and get out of there as soon as possible. We requested for a refund for the rest of our reservation and got out of there as soon as possible. We weren’t 100% sure if they were going to return our money but we found another Marriott hotel the same day to stay during the remainder of our vacation. I visited a friend at this hotel and used the bathrooms near the elevators. While I was waiting for my friend in the lobby, I decided to use the only bathrooms I could see near the guest elevators. As I started using the bathroom two hotel staff members kept knocking and knocking repeatedly on the bathroom door. Once I finished using the bathroom (uncomfortably), the hotel staff made themselves known and asked ”why I used this bathroom which was not for guests?” I clearly told them ”the door to this bathroom was open, there were no signs saying employees only or do not enter.” Intelligence for this hospitality employees is to be desired. I am very disappointed how far down this hotel has come I used to recommend this place and eat at their hotel. Sadly, I've read other reviews and the owners of this chain hotel need to do do some serious changes to the management and appearance to the interior of this hotel.

An dem Tag, an dem wir gingen, regnete es, der Regen hörte auf und es gab einen Regenbogen in der Nähe des Bogens. Es ist im Hotelzimmer zu sehen. Die Unterkunft ist gut und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Im Umkreis von 200 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheken und Nebentüren. Bögen und der alte Hof, man kann mit der U-Bahn in zehn Minuten fahren, es ist die U-Bahn, folge nicht der Google-Karte auf der Straße verloren ~ empfehle die Sushi-Liebe an der Hauptstraße dringend, es gibt ein 20-Messer-Buffet, sehr gut und lecker, richtig, bitte eigene Hausschuhe und Zahnbürste Zahnpasta mitbringen.
