We've stayed at this hotel a couple times now. The layout of the lobby. dining area and hallway to elevator is very open and spacious. The pool area looks nice though we did not use it. The rooms are comfortable and up-to-date. The price was reasonable also. The breakfast offering was good and parking is convenient and felt safe. I would recommend to others visiting the SIUE college

Dieses Hotel ist ein 3.5, aber haben nicht diese Option auf TA. Ankunft, wenn die Kraft aus war, die ich nicht anspruchsvoll im Hotel. Eigentlich hat das Personal es gut gehandhabt und war während meines Aufenthalts ausgezeichnet. Der Nebeneffekt ist die Zimmer-und viele große - müssen aktualisiert werden. Altes Teppich, Wandpapier und Fliesen und Größe/Molding-Fragen im älteren Bad. Die Zimmer sind sauber und viele Handtücher sind vorhanden. Es bedarf mehr Ausgänge rund um den Desktop, aber es gibt einen USB-Hub am Bett-keine Uhr da. Es war ein Sofabett verfügbar. Es war im Erdgeschoss und sogar mit Schnapptürfen Autos in Parkplätze und viel Licht ins Zimmer. Das Bett war gut. Das HVAC /controls auf der Wand und dem Boden-Einheit würde nicht einen konstanten Timp halten. Der Fan auf dem Schalter funktionierte auch nicht. Das Frühstückspersonal war ausgezeichnet, aber schlanke pickings. Zwei Diamantparkplätze, aber keine Zimmeraufrüstung. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben, nur weil das Personal groß war. In der Nähe der Universität, aber das Essen ist ein paar Meilen entfernt. Kaffee und Tee über den ganzen Tag in der Lobby, aber nur koffeinfreie Teebäcke waren verfügbar.

Clean, well maintained motel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made reservation online and all was in order when I arrived. Rate was correct too. Decent place and close to interstate. Sometimes Super 8 can be iffy, this one is not! Made reservations through Walmart + travel.

This is a hard review to write. First off, the staff are all very good and put a lot of effort out. The problem is the hotel itself. It feels like it's in sort of a death spiral. Prices are low (and yes, you get what you paid for) so there is limited money for repairs, which means the hotel won't support higher prices and on and on. There are just a lot of small repairs that need to be made such as damage to drywall, shower rod is not flat so the curtain won't stay open.....so moisture gets every where and damages the drywall. Breakfast was fine. No pancakes/waffles...there's a spot for a machine, but I assume it's broken too. The pool was fine, but the door to the outside wouldn't stay closed, so someone had shoved a bunch of cloths (sheets?) In front of it to keep it closed. And they looked pretty gross, catching water. Again, it's an inexpensive hotel. The staff works hard, but they are working with limited resources.

Just wish it was a little cleaner. But customer service is always good.
