Everything is good with this hotel except the frontline staff. They seem preoccupied with their cell phones while coffee urns sit empty and litter covered the tables.
Asked for a couple clean bath towels for our 2nd day and was given a few hand towels..lol , oh well, all and all it was a reasonable stay in a up to date, clean hotel. Nice big screen tv in the room.
Such a bad experience with front desk and threated by manager. Had to call Hilton corporate office to lodge complaint. Do not stay here

Breakfast wasn’t that good. Not to much hot variety or none there. Also first time with no coffee, microwave and stuff in each room. Kinda a pain to run down for it every time for us. Staff was very nice.

Room cold on arrival, took an hour to make the room comfortable. Suggest they warm the rooms up before guests arrived.
