Our assessment of our 3 night stay at the Waldorf was mixed. The hotel was very nice and as a Diamond member we were upgraded to a castle view room. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the front desk staff were generally helpful. We did have a problem one night with the light fixture leaking water from the ceiling. This may have been due to a rainstorm one night and staff brought a bucket to catch the leaking water. The biggest problem, however, occurred after checkout. At the time of checkout I was told that the hotel printer wasn’t working so they would email me my receipt. Since all 3 nights were paid for with HH points I asked if there was a zero balance and was told yes. Later that day I received the final bill and was charged over $1,000 on my credit card for all three nights. I immediately called the hotel and was told by in house reservations staff that my reservation had been cancelled when I didn’t show up. I reminded them that we had been staying with them the last 3 nights and had no problem at checkin on the scheduled day. In fact I confirmed our arrival time several hours before checkin. So they didn’t know what the problem was but would talk to the reservations manager when they were free. In the meantime I called the Hilton diamond desk and again was told that someone had cancelled my stay with points and it had been rebooked by someone as a cash stay and they were not sure what the problem was. My points had even been put back onto my account by someone. By now I am a bit irritated. I finally receive a call back from the hotel reservation manager who tells me that the Waldorf had a computer glitch on our arrival date and that all hotel reservations had been cancelled and had to be manually reentered by hotel staff. However, Hilton hotels have no way to make reservations using points so they made them as a cash payment. Thereby the $1,000 bill. Now glitches are bound to occur sometimes. However, all of this angst could have been avoided by telling me at checkin about the problem and I could have immediately rebooked the room using points while standing at the front desk. The hotel did ultimately reverse the charges and apologize. However. this shouldn’t happen at a property like the Waldorf.

Das Hotel bietet nur Check-in um 16:00 Uhr an. Nur um 16:00 Uhr... Viele Gäste kommen tagsüber an und warten lange auf den Check-in..... Lange, lange Schlange. Das Personal hat mir ein falsches Zimmer ohne Fenster gegeben, das sehr eng ist, obwohl ich ein Standard-Einzelzimmer mit Queensize-Bett reserviert hatte. Das Zimmer ohne Fenster, ohne WLAN, ohne Netzwerk... und ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich im Zimmer nicht atmen kann... Und ich muss wieder in die Lobby zurück..... Die Türkarte ist nicht so gut... Ich muss jeden Tag zur Rezeption gehen, um die Karte zu aktivieren...ja. .. jeden Tag... Irgendwann habe ich das festgestellt, als ich versuchte, meine Zimmertür zu öffnen...aber es funktionierte nicht... Und ich muss wieder in die Lobby zurück... Es ist ziemlich nervig. Die Lage ist ok. Mit Bus zum Flughafen und Straßenbahn- und Busbahnhof in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist gut, mit viel Auswahl. Das Essen ist jeden Tag das gleiche.

had a fantastic stay here! there were 10 of us who all booked out a dorm. was quiet, clean and good quality. there are two bathrooms and two toilets per dorm which i thought was very good. our room wasn’t ready for an extra half an hour so they gave us free drink tokens for the bar! the reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is because it was awfully hot in the room - even with the window open! there didn’t seem to be air con - we wondered even if the hostel had put the heating on? we didn’t try the breakfast. the hotel bar had decent food but long waits.

Before check in this hotel, I was little concerned about it since there’s couple negative comment about this hotel. I believed only some room has issue but my room is perfectly fine! The water temperature is great and no other issue. The breakfast is very good, suggest you going down to the breakfast area around 7 if you want to get hot food and quiet breakfast time~ On the other hand, it’s an apartment, so you need to throw your rubbish away, and better to bring personal cleaning equipment as well. It’s a 9/10 rating, it would be great if they fix another washing machine so don’t need to wait for it.

Hotel is actually much nicer and brighter than the photos on the website suggest. Reception was pretty much none existent and the shower was no more than a trickle. On the plus side, good value for money and great location yo walk into the city centre. The option of breakfast would have been good although the excellent Wee Cafe just up the road did an excellent eggs benidict which more than made up for it. I will definitely stay again mainly due to the location

Die Hoteladresse ist sehr leicht zu finden, schließlich handelt es sich um ein Express-Hotel unter der Bezeichnung Holiday Inn Express. Das Hotel und die Gästezimmer sind im Allgemeinen sauber und die Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ein englisches Frühstück, das sauber und hygienisch ist und für die Ernährung sorgen kann. Schließlich handelt es sich um ein Budget-Hotel, daher können wir nicht zu viel erwarten. Insgesamt klein, aber fein und sein Geld wert.

Das Hotel liegt super. Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und direkt neben einer großen Shopping Mall. Die Zimmer sind sauber und für wenige Übernachten absolut ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ich blieb hier 4 Nächte für eine Arbeitsreise. Parkplatz ist kostenlos, was großartig ist. Ich habe in anderen Courtyard Hotels geblieben und das leider nicht ganz auf meine Erwartungen passt. Das Zimmer, das ich gegeben wurde, war schmutzig und es schien nur das Bett gemacht zu sein. Das zweite Zimmer, das ich bekam, war etwas besser, aber die Hausaufbewahrung war noch nicht erstaunlich. Dränage in der Dusche war arm und die Dusche überflüssig sehr schnell. Das Hotel ist ein wenig verbraucht und müde und könnte mit einem neuen Gefärbungsschrank machen, um einige der Marken und Kratzer auf den Wänden zu erfrieren. Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht schlecht und war gut genug, da es nicht viele Optionen in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber die Standards für die Hauspflege konnten mit Verbesserungen tun.

Unfassbar! Sehr schöne große Räume, sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir von einer auf 3 Nächte sofort verlängert haben. Die Köche zaubern das beste Essen, das wir auf unserer Großbritannien Reise je gegessen haben. Service im gesamten Hotel großartig! Im Restaurant wurden wir von Jill und ihren Kollegen bestens versorgt. Danke, dass wir Gäste sein durften und Gratulation für die tolle Leistung in allen Bereichen!

Wieder einmal, meine Frau und ich wurden zu einem wunderbaren Aufenthalt behandelt. Viele der Mitarbeiter erinnern sich an uns nach vielen Besuchen und nehmen die Zeit, um uns nach uns zu suchen und nach uns zu fragen und eine kurze Gesprächsrunde zu führen. Es ist offensichtlich, dass sie das tun wollen, anstatt es zu tun, um einen Eindruck zu machen. Dieses Hotel ist in allen Hinsicht hervorragend. Ein besonderer Verweis auf Donna. Meine Frau benutzen einen Rollstuhl und Donna schaut nach uns beim Frühstück. Andere erwähnen Pauline auf Empfang (alte Zeit ein Vergnügen), Fiona auf Empfang und ein neues Gesicht auf Empfang, Hannah, die uns wie alte Freunde fühlte und war wirklich effizient. Es gibt andere, aber leider kann ich mich nicht an Namen erinnern. Es genügt, zu sagen, dass das gesamte Personal uns besondere Gefühl macht. Nur eine Sache; bitte reparieren Sie die Tür mit dem Druckknopf. Es ist sehr temperamental und es ist unfair, dass das Rezeptionspersonal (die immer auf die Hilfe beschleunigt) von ihren Pflichten entfernt werden sollte. Danke für eine weitere wunderbare Erfahrung
