Very pretty hotel! Good location!

Great location in Grassmarket within walking distance to the key sites in Edinburgh. The apartment was newly refurbished, well equipped and comfortable but was located in a ground floor area accessible to the public so did not feel 100% safe.

We stayed at Wilde just before New Year and we were not disappointed. The location is fantastic. Just behind the castle and around the corner from Grassmarket. The staff were fantastic, from the minute we arrived till the minute we checked out. Nothing is an issue to them. The apartment was both modern and well equipped. I would definitely return, but would get a room on the 1st floor. As the lower rooms you can hear people above moving furniture etc. Not the company's fault, just inconsiderate guests that you can't choose!

Fabulous place which my companion worked on in 2019 fitting out when student accommodation. Stayed over from Northumberland to see Fat freddy's drop concert at Usher Hall. Loved the studio apartment. Very cosy and quirky and next to NCP for parking too and the castle which I love to visit. Highly recommend and will definitely be back 👌

Booked this hotel based on good reviews, and it did not disappoint! We walked from Waverly to hotel with 3 huge luggages, it is not far but it is hilly so choose the path that does not involve stairs. Check-in and out is VERY efficient, just mention your name and they will immediately escort u to your apartment. Saw previous reviews saying receptionist is not friendly, but honestly I think they are being efficient and that is just what I needed after a 20-hour journey. I booked the open plan 1-bedroom apartment for us 2 adults and 2 kids. Room is at ground floor with the entrance from outside walkway directly to the living room. This means people walking outside your room will be able to see you, but there are curtains and blinds to block those views. The bedroom does not have doors though, just an entrance from hallway. The apartment is very homey and comfortable to us, we cooked almost every meal, being fully equipped. It has dining table comfortable for 4, and efficient layout. Bathroom is perfect size with sufficient hot water. Heater is working very well. Location is very close to famous victoria street, and near the famous stairs filmed in “One Day”. Used the laundry service and is good. Sainsbury local nearby with 4 mins walk. Overall satisfied and highly recommend.

Good location and service!

We love the fact that it has a small kitchen in the apartment so we can do some cooking in the morning in case we don't feel like eating out. The staff are very welcoming and kind 😀 the location is definitely great as there are many eateries within walking distance

Very nice little apartment, however be aware that if your booking it under 6 days there is no housekeeping

Rooms are good. Strange thing happened sometimes. Paint and litter in my room for no reason, as I was just checked in.

It's best location and easy to go any scene.
