酒店開窗正好能看到城堡，下面就是愛丁堡的花園噴泉。房間很新，裏面設施都很齊全。從愛堡火車站拖行李回來會稍微感覺有點遠。還有另外一家普瑞米爾酒店會離火車站稍近一點。但意外收穫就是離鄉村迪恩村很近，導航走路過去10-13分鐘。總共住了2晚。都是英國當地市民入住比較多，沒有碰到過國人。

酒店位置極佳，就在王子街，抬頭就看見愛丁堡城堡，步行5分鐘就到了，是新城老城交界處。酒店環境不錯，就是打掃服務跟不上，住兩天沒人收拾。

酒店位置還可以，房間裏燈光很暗，角落有塊小玻璃不能打開所以幾乎無窗，酒店早餐有兩種價格選擇，前台售賣的早餐（9鎊）衹能吃麪包+飲料，其它品類不能選擇

這次去英國訂了6家酒店，這家我覺得是最滿意的一家，位置優越，就在王子街上，很容易找，酒店提供的早餐是正宗的英式早餐，很豐富，味道也不錯，推薦。

交通便利，到各個景點都很方便，是個性價比較高的酒店

Die Lage ist Oprimal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Wer das klassische schottische Frühstück mag, wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Hotel is well located for sight seeing, bars and restaurants. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a superb view of the castle. Had a great stay which met all our hopes and requirements.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Hotel, Princes Street, Edinburgh, for one night on Thursday, 24 October 2024, and had an atrocious experience. When I tried to check in, the centralised Premier Inn IT system had an outage, so it had to be done manually. The backup solution was the standalone check-in machines, but those were also affected by the outage. I had to go outside to attend to an urgent matter and did not have the time to check in manually. I had intended to relax in my room before going to an event in the evening. Due to the IT outage, that was not possible, and I could not go to dinner before the event as planned due to the delays. After I eventually checked in, the room door was not maintained properly, so I had to visit the reception twice before my room card opened the door. The worst was yet to come. Between 2.00 am and 3.00 am, I was woken up by loud noises relating to vehicle activity from the street. The traffic in Princes Street is normally quiet at that time, so it was surprising. I’m a deep sleeper, so the noise had to be bad to wake me up. It was like I was sitting in the street instead of my bed. I took several recordings. The Premier Inn Hotel, Princes Street’s external soundproofing is completely inadequate. The hotel only opened in 2021, so there is no reasonable excuse for substandard soundproofing in the construction design. Consequently, I would not recommend staying at the hotel. When I checked out, the reception team advised that I submit a “feedback” web form on the Premier Inn website (they do not make it easy to submit a formal complaint). The Premier Inn Guest Relations Team was unsympathetic. They summarily dismissed my concerns using one of the standard clauses in their Terms and Conditions about external noise, which was thoroughly inappropriate under the circumstances.

This was a repeat visit to what is now an upgraded hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The room was well-appointed, very clean, and had all the facilities we needed. The free WiFi was good; not super fast, but perfectly good enough to stream tv on an iPad. Before booking, were aware the WiFi was being upgraded, and that there might be slow speeds and interruptions, but none of that happened - or if it did it didn't interfere with our use for streaming tv. Hotel is in a great location, directly opposite the Prices Street Gardens, and the Castle. Parking is in a local council car park a couple of minutes walk away, and is at a discounted rate of £18 per day. Edinburgh Council really discourages cars in the city, so we travelled by train. The hotel is a few minutes walk along Princes Street, so is quite handy for the station. We will return...

me and my son stayed at the Edinburgh Premier Inn so we could experience some Scottish history and also have some quality family time and rest. Our room had the best view of Edinburgh Castle what made it so magical for us, we had the best night sleep there.

Amazing staff, always eager to help, standard room as per usual at a Premier Inn hotel, you can't expect too much, but it's good value for money, room was cleaned and tidy, Tv, kettle, coffee, tea, milk and a couple of mugs and glasses, no biggie but pleasant.

A family mini holiday for 3 nights for family of 3. Brilliant hotel. Fantastic value breakfast in Bar & Block next door with something for everyone (our 10 year old daughter is quite fussy with food, yet ate around 5 things on buffet menu each morning!). Friendly staff, good value hotel room, clean and comfortable and good night's sleep, outstanding location on Princes Street, close to the Tram Airport Stop and Bus Stops, and 15 minutes' walk from Waverley. Right in the heart of Edinburgh. We will be back! Thanks to the team!

We arrived early as had a lunch reservation at 2. Fantastic our room was ready BUT we had to pay £10 extra. Absolutely ridiculous, the room itself was a family room no windows or natural ventilation the room was boiling all night couldn’t sleep then to make things worse chairs being scrapped on floor from 6.a.m onwards! We checked out by 9.30 as awful experience! Never again!
