We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I love how the bedroom and bathroom are completely separate from the dining and living room area! Don’t believe I have any complaints about our stay!

I loved everything about this hotel except for the breakfast. I know what to expect from a continental breakfast (typically not fabulous) but the options here were even more limited than other comparable places (e.g., no yogurt, fruit, etc), the scrambled eggs were particularly gross, and the coffee was not good at all.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and didn’t receive any housekeeping services. Would have liked to have someone on the grill cooking omelettes. I like real eggs, not powdered. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Very clean and modern property. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Easily accessible. This is a pet friendly hotel but we never heard any animals and had a great experience.

The front desk staff member who works the evening shift is awesome. He welcomed us back and genuinely wants to help the hotel guests when they check in. The property is well maintained (landscaping needs some attention this spring though), the amenities are great, and the proximity to shopping is awesome.

Eco wise they had too much meat and dairy. Eggs also. No animal products are eco friendly. I am a vegan and there was no non dairy milk. Oatmeal was good. Would have loved some bananas at the least. Fresh fruit other than apples and oranges would have been appreciated also.

We loved everything from this hotel from the easy check in to the room layout and space it had. I was surprised to have almost a full kitchen in this room and the 2 king size beds were a perfect fit for our group. Beds were so comfortable and we lived having 2 separate tvs and areas to watch the tv that way kids can watch their stuff and adults can watch theirs. Love everything about this hotel!!! Haven’t made it to breakfast yet but I am sure I will not be let down.

This place was the definition of 3 stars, max. The bathroom sink drained super slowly in a gross way, the ice bucket was broken, the bathroom door didn’t close (like couldn’t close - there was no hole to receive the latch), the sofa bed was stained and crappy, the soaps in the shower were all completely empty, there were stains on the carpet, you can’t do Netflix or whatever on the tv, the pillows were all different, the hvac system made a loud jackhammer noise constantly and throughout the night (we thought it was construction on the sidewalk below at first).
None of these issues is horrifying in and of itself but combined they really gave a haphazard and kind of iffy/icky impression. If details like above were tended to, it would drastically improve the experience.
And, the front desk staff were great, the continental breakfast was sufficient, it was easy enough to park, good and pretty safe location near the mall, restaurants, and the freeways.
I’m not sure where the 9.2/10 ******* rating came from-that’s high given our experience.
