Sehr veraltet und komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Es tut mir leid, sagen zu müssen, dass jeder Aspekt sehr unsauber ist. Die Fenster könnten genauso gut offen gewesen sein, alte Schiebefenster, die Kälte und Lärm hereinließen, die Zentralheizung im ganzen Hotel funktionierte nicht und ein Konvektor im Zimmer. Die Toilette ist für den Durchschnittsmenschen ohne seitliche Annäherung unzugänglich. Duschwanne dreckig. Sehr veraltetes Hotel, das komplett renoviert werden muss. Das Zimmer war eine Schande. Es roch schlecht, das Waschbecken hatte Risse, die Toilette war schmutzig. Die Fenster waren morsch und dreckig. Der Teppich war fleckig. Es gab Hinweise auf ein Wasserleck an der Decke und am Teppich. Dafür haben wir 80€ bezahlt Nacht inkl Frühstück. Das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe.

Ich war schon oft hier und die Angestellten bieten immer einen großartigen Service. Das Rezeptions- und Reinigungsteam ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Mein Einzelzimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, obwohl die Matratze härter sein könnte - nur meine persönliche Präferenz. Ich hatte auch Meerblick, was eine schöne Überraschung war.

Hotel stay was comfortable and excellent for a short stay. Hotel looks old and has an ancient lift, but overall is well maintained and the room is clean and great. Toilet may be a bit cramp and the shower head is leaking causing water to splash out from the bathtub and flood the toilet floor. Location is good as it faces directly to the sea and is 15 mins walk away from the train station. However, there was no bottled water provided and the kettle looks filthy with a white layer coated on it, but the staff was friendly and provided hot water upon request at the reception. Beside that, the overall stay was pleasant and the room is clean.

Super clean, best location. Highly recommended.

The food was very nice and the room for one person was quite big.

My Daughter and I had an overnight stay at the Burlington Hotel as we were in Eastbourne to see a show. Our stay there was good, the staff were very friendly and our room was clean and tidy, some of the communal areas could do with a little TLC as there were signs of age etc, the lift was quite bad and in my opinion, needs some urgent attention, That said, I would definitely stay here again, the situation is lovely, directly opposite the beach and within easy reach of shops and other amenities, definitely recommended.

The hotel was in a beautiful seafront location but our room was not very good. It was small but not very clean. The curtains were full of dust, we had a really bad view with dirt and rust on the roof. The staff were not friendly, they seemed cold and provided very basic customer service. We enjoyed our stay in the area but the hotel was a massive let down.

Just a couple of days to meet up with old friends..very good 👍 all round service..had a great stay..

Can’t beat it for proximity to the Pier but it has certainly seen better times (as the whole town - charming as it is).

Helpful staff and got a free room upgrade. Nice breakfast
