I stay for 1 night and hotel is old, it is ok but if you want to stay for 2-3 days then it is not good, location is good for transter to lachung or pelling,

Don’t take room here. Its not worthy. Don’t waste your money by booking room here. Bathroom not cleaned. Room not cleaned. Packaged drinking water not available at night. No one there to hear you order. Food quality is not so good

I visit Terrace Pride Valley Very for business travel. Mr. Ajay Chettri , Front Desk Manager is very helpful. Food and Cleaniness is also very good. ATM is walking distance Car Taxi Stand is around 500 M only. A very nice bakery just outside the Hotel.

Pls if you want peace of mind Never stay in this hotel, literally worst hotel. Room quality is worst than any station lodge. Reception people are out of mind they don't know what's going on in hotel. Bathroom cleanliness is better in any public toilet. Pls avoid untill this is last hotel in Sikkim to stay.

Very rude staff, even deny to serve water after 10PM , my official business tour of NMDC with more than 10 rooms booked, food quality was very poor, very unprofessional hotel, night buffet all item shortage was seen that was already paid, I would suggest, don't go in this rude *** hotel, trip ki maa behen kar dega.
