Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

Das Parklands Hotel & Country Club ist ein verstecktes Geschirr. Von dem Moment, als wir in das Hotel eingestiegen waren, war es gut dekoriert, da uns eine Hochzeitsvibe. Das Hochzeitsgebiet für Zeremonie und Abendreception gab Ihnen einen Überblick über die Arbeit des großen Tages. Es ist sehr gut strukturiert und gedacht, so dass es gut fließt und kein Kreuz über mit Gästen im Hotel bleiben. Die Umgebung hat viel Platz für Hochzeitsfotos/Videos wie eine Nähe durch Wälder, offenes Gras und der Ballon am oberen Rand des Hotels für diese erstaunlichen Fotomöglichkeiten. Jennifer (Veranstaltungsmanager) ist ein unglaublicher Koordinator bei Hochzeiten. Wir trafen sie 3/4 Mal im ganzen Jahr, um sicherzustellen, dass alles auf der Spur war und wenn etwas getan oder geändert werden musste. Am Tag, an dem sie meine Frau und ich mich so entspannt fühlte, sicher, dass wir den Tag mit Freunden und Familie genossen. Wenn es irgendwelche Probleme am Tag gab, war ich nicht bewusst, weil Jennifer alles behandeln. Personal den ganzen Tag nicht genug für uns tun konnte. Sie schauten nach allen Gästen und wenn wir etwas zusätzlich brauchen, würden sie sicher, es zu bekommen. Wir hatten sogar einen Besuch des Besitzers von Parklands, der ich sehr erniedrigend fand und schätzte, Zeit zu nehmen, um uns zu sehen. Das Essen war lecker, nicht nur am Tag, aber wir besuchten das Restaurant ein paar Mal vor der Hochzeit. Ich empfehle, zu Abend zu gehen, um zu sehen, wie gut der Bierkuchen ist. Wir besuchten Hochzeitsräume von Greenock bis East Kilbride und Parklands kamen am oberen Rand. Der Wert für Geld für eine volle Hochzeit (90 Menschen für uns) ist erstaunlich. Das ist von ihnen organisieren, planen, das Aussehen, großartiges Essen, professionelles Personal und eine stresslose Erfahrung für meine Frau und ich. Ich empfehle, eins zu gehen für einen Blick und Chat, das alles, was es dauerte, um zu wissen, war der Ort für uns. Danke Parklands für den unvergesslichen Hochzeitstag. Herr & Frau Grassie

Excellent service from walking through the door Mark on reception was pleasant efficient and very helpful at check inn ,my room as ready a little early and was still allowed to check inn , room was good with no issues nice and clean bed very comfortable, all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, food and service i cannot fault , for me the location is ideal being close to the M74 , a good overall hotel staff location and rice rolled into one , i will be staying here again well done guys . Mein Sohn (Erwachsener) und ich blieben hier, weil wir Abendkarten im OVO Hydro hatten. Wir hatten Zimmer 414 im vierten Stock - es gibt 3 Aufzüge. 414 hat ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Das Zimmer ist eine gute Größe und war sauber. Das Hotel ist in einer berufsmäßigen Lage, aber wir hatten kein Problem mit Lärm und beide schliefen gut. In der Tat ist die Lage wirklich gut - direkt vom Bahnhof, Fußgänger-Shoppingplatz und vom Clyde - auch nur etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum OVO Hydro. Die Dusche war gut und das Buffet Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Ich denke, was dieses Hotel macht aber ist das Personal - ein freundlicher Willkommen bei der Ankunft und jederzeit ankommen.

Wonderful clean and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. This hotel is ideally suited for easily getting to Glasgow, Edinburgh Aberdeen and Noth of Scotland tours. An abundance of information brochures on hand for those who wish to take advantage of the historical sites around and afar in the country. The afternoon tea in delicious and a wonder way to spend an hour or so relaxing in the middle of the day.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times and absolutely loved it. Beautiful modern comfy rooms, lovely bar area and the best ever showers! We have always experienced first class service from lovely staff. This unfortunately came to an end when we checked in last month. There was one really lovely young lady at reception as we arrived but she was caught up with another guest sorting out a problem with the TV remote control. I believe this girl summoned another staff member to come out from the office to deal with us. Out she came, never said hello, no eye contact infact was cold, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'm guessing she was not happy at being called out of the office. So, with a cold and hostile attitude, we were checked in and given keys. As we always requested a downstairs room, I noticed our room was upstairs. I asked if there were no downstairs rooms, and we had requested this. She said”yes so I see,” and said no, there aren't any . So would you not think that when checking someone in who had requested a downstairs room, you would at least acknowledge this. Unfortunately, this has put me off returning and we have been staying at a different hotel. It's such a shame when the hotel is lovely and that one ”huffy” receptionist can ruin everyone else's hard work.

I really wanted to leave a great review for this hotel. We stayed for an ultimate spa break to celebrate my daughter finishing her exams and leaving school. She was really looking forward to it. Our initial impressions were good, the grounds are beautiful and the reception staff were attentive and friendly. When we reached our room we were a bit disappointed as the room wasn’t to the same standard as other McDonald hotels we have stayed in and sadly that became our constant thought throughout the whole stay. The decor is very tired and the whole place could do with an overhaul. Paper peeling from walls, we had tissue paper stuck underneath the handles on the windows to keep them closed. The relaxation room of the spa was horrible as the ceiling looked mouldy and the paper was peeling off the walls. We had dinner the first night. We had looked at the menu online however it was totally different when we went into the restaurant and the choices weren’t great. We ordered cocktails and both agreed they were the worst cocktails we had ever had, they cost £9.95 each and I didn’t drink mjne at all. Breakfast the next morning was shambolic, there was 8 of us in the restaurant and the staff were running around like headless chickens saying they were so busy and tables weren’t cleaned, we waited a ridiculous length of time to order our food and it took forever to come. We had afternoon tea booked as part of the deal, again it wasn’t great. It had obviously been made well in advance of our booking time and the break on the sandwiches were hard and the cakes cheap and uninteresting. We ate out elsewhere our second evening. We both enjoyed our spa treatments which helped rescue the weekend. Breakfast on our final morning was better as it was a buffet style although we had to wait ages to ask staff for plates as there were none available to lift up (apparently the plate warmer was broken so they weren’t leaving plates out). I think that the staff of Crutherland House are doing the best they can however something has gone wrong with the running of this hotel and it needs attention . We wouldn’t recommend it to friends and next time will go somewhere else

Die Beleuchtung im ganzen Gebäude ist sehr subtil. Niedrig und entspannende Musik und Atmosphäre. Nur eine Hand und ein Badhandtuch im Badezimmer und, obwohl es noch mehr im Bett unterhalb des Betts gab, waren wir uns nicht bewusst, wo sie gefunden werden, bis wir uns herausgefunden haben. Ich war in der Dusche, bevor ich merkte, dass es kein zweites Handtuch gab und es war zu spät für die Telefonrezeption. Die Buchung hatte 2 Namen für das Zimmer, so dass wir erwartet hätten, dass angemessene Handtücher im Badezimmer oder sichtbar im Zimmer statt unter dem Bett.
