VITS Devbhumi Dwarka provided very Blessed, Peaceful and Joyful stay experience. This surely enriched our overall experience of Dwarka trip. Team VITS especially Mr.Savin at Reception surely provided best in class service. He was already in touch with us before our arrival and ensured we receive right care and support since we were travelling with child and senior citizens. Rooms are well maintained and perfect for short stays. Kamat restaurant within Hotel itself is amazing. Great food variety and great taste. Entire team at restaurant and Mr.Chef especially deserve appreciation for all great work they been doing. All in all, great property, great service, great food, top class staff.

Große Lage, schöne Umgebung, großes Personal. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Empfangsmitarbeiter und Personal je, schön und großartig erste Eindruck des Hotels. Alles über das Hotel war außergewöhnlich. Es war sauber, stilvoll, zimmer mit hervorragender Service, wo wir essen hatten. Essen war gut und großer Wert für Geld und Service war aufmerksam und effizient. Das Zimmer selbst war gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Ich hoffe, dass ich in Zukunft für einen längeren Besuch zurück sein werde.

Das ist eine schlimmste Erfahrung. Wir buchten dieses Zimmer, als wir in Dwarika erreichten und der Besitzer zeigt uns ein oberstes Stockzimmer, wo man den Ozean und den Dwarkadish Temple deutlich sehen kann, aber das Zimmer war verrückt und das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Aber wir wählen das Zimmer aufgrund seiner Lage. Dann gehen wir nach Dwarka Darsh und als wir heute Abend ein Hotel kamen, sagte der Besitzer uns, dass AC nicht arbeitet, so dass wir Sie in ein anderes Zimmer bewegen und gleichzeitig zeigt er unser Zimmer an eine andere Familie, weil sie 200 rs extra von uns bieten. Wenn wir darüber streiten, dann sagte er ok wir sind nicht bewegen. Und dann nach 10 Minuten schließt er die AC um 7:30 Uhr ab und sagte, dass die AC um 9:30 Uhr geöffnet sein wird. Er hat uns nicht zu dieser Regel früher erzählt . Also haben wir gerade von diesem Hotel verlassen und ein anderes Hotel reserviert. Diese schlimmste Erfahrung in Dwarkadish. Bitte buchen Sie dieses Hotel nicht. Es gibt so viele gute Optionen außer diesem.

Dieses Hotel wurde für den 26. und 27. Januar 2024 mein Reisebüro reserviert. Ich meldete mich am 26. und Check-out am 28. Morgen. Der Besitzer sagte nichts über die Zahlung bis zur Abreise. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt verwendet er alle unzivilisierten Sprache und er fordert mich, Miet Rs. 5000/ für zwei Tage zu zahlen. Anstatt die Reisebüro, die das Hotel reserviert, er zwingt mich, zu zahlen. Keiner sollte diese Art von Cheater verwalteten Hotels besuchen.
