No water in the eoom, The clients are loud.

After a few mediocre hotels, I was happy to stay at a hotel where they cleaned every day and extended courtesy.

Nice location and trip is very reasonable rate, so it is really enjoyable

I recently stayed at this Hotel and unfortunately encountered a disappointing experience that left me feeling disheartened. The receptionist at the hotel was unhelpful and lacked professionalism, failing to provide help and creating an unwelcoming first impression. Throughout my stay, the staff exhibited a distinct lack of friendliness and attentiveness, contributing to a somber and unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite addressing my concerns with the reception , no action was taken to resolve the customer service issues, which further added to my disappointment. The cumulative effect of the unhelpful receptionist, unfriendly staff, left me with a sense of melancholy. The hotel's failure to provide a warm and welcoming environment detracted significantly from the overall guest experience. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore guest satisfaction in the future.

Always easy to stay here, rooms are better than expected for the price.

機場酒店沒有或幾乎沒有接機擺渡車服務。等了45分鐘，衹好打車。離機場距離5公里，加小費20刀。第二天早上六點回機場，被告知有酒店送機，但要8:15以後才有。打車又花30刀

房間很老 不隔音 入住體驗很一般

Do not stay here! No shuttle service! I had to Uber to and from the airport. It’s very far away. They do not shuttle until after 8:30 am and will not shuttle after 9:00pm. They will not tell you this when you book your NON REFUNDABLE ROOM. I will be leaving this review everywhere to help people avoid the headache.

Quiet. Rooms were adequately clean. Reasonable price in comparison to other options in the area.

I'd give breakfast a negative star: waffle batter was spoiled, coffee was cold and pot was near empty. Only frozen egg sandwiches and danon yogurt cups. Room was dingy and old-looking, although clean; property could use a refresh. Night staff was a little surly.

the person at the front desk really should not be in customer service. she was rude and unpleasant from check in to check out . avoid this hotel
