是一個400多年私人家族產業，剛剛翻新做為酒店使用，有20幾個房間，酒店房間看夕陽景色很美，設施也不錯

環境優美，房間乾淨衞生，唯一不好早餐不是自助下單種類比較少

Lovely and clean, beautiful setting very close to old town. Our garden terrace room was spacious and comfy, large bed everything was of high standard. Staff are amazing and attentive. It was the perfect place to stay for myself and my husband a rare trip away without the kids. 15 min walk into old town down lots of steps so anyone not great on their legs I suggest an Uber who are also super efficient. You feel like the only people here it’s that peaceful. Will definitely return thank you to the team at Palace Natali

Palace Natali is an absolutely stunning hotel. The location is amazing. You are far enough away from the busyness of the old town but a 15/20 min walk or short taxi ride away still. The whole experience feels exclusive. The grounds, pool, lounges and restaurant areas were always quiet making the whole stay so relaxing and peaceful. There are many special little touches like the app which allows you to have drinks brought to you by the pool or garden area and having robes by the pool to use. The decor around the hotel is beautiful and it is so well looked after. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are lovely, particularly Daniel and Lydija who were so helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel made it really special. We couldn’t fault Palace Natali, it was the perfect stay.

Stunning and unique!! I want to find more places like this in Europe. Super clean, stunning grounds, great service, excellent food, walking distance from old town. A lot of nice touches: cute lounge rooms, game room, sauna, hot tub in addition to pool. 24/7 availability. Reserve at least half a day to simply enjoy the grounds and take pics Only criticism is to teach guests how to use the high tech room stuff upon check in as I almost couldn’t figure it out. And we once took an unnecessarily long walk into town. It was easy enough for us to walk down but you did have to figure it out a bit. Exact directions would be nice

Truly exceptional. Conveniently located a 15 minute downhill stroll to Dubrovnik Old City, the Palace Natali oozes class. A former holiday mansion converted into a spacious boutique hotel, designed impeccably using natural stone and wood throughout, it brings a calming vibe to our stay. We are currently here and have enjoyed the hospitality from all staff, especially Lidija who has been accommodating and gracious. Breakfast is a fabulous a la carte experience. The pool area is sophisticated with a jacuzzi and sauna. Our room has a lovely balcony and patio area for pre dinner drinks with a view. Tech throughout the hotel for security, speakers and app for service requests and entertainment in the room plus a huge smeg in the kitchen area for our drinks / not so mini bar. A chic yet homely feel makes us not want to leave but will return! Thanks to the whole team at Palace Natalie.

Absolutely stunning property and grounds. I found they have achieved such a lovely balance between heritage and modern decoration. I understand the property has been carefully renovated over the past few years and opened as a hotel last year, so everything is still very fresh. Every room felt like luxury and the property is so interesting with lots of areas to explore. Everything was very clean and the views from the pool and terrace are beautiful. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. We arrived early and had a late flight and were able to use the facilities before and after official check in / out times. The team made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The pool also has an indoor shower area so even though we had checked out, we could have a shower before leaving for the airport. Although lots of steps, the walk down to the old town was easy enough Breakfast was lovely and gosh you get a lot! The team have also developed an app where you can communicate with the team and order drinks etc to the pool. I thought this was great and was very easy to have queries and requests looked at. The person who helped us throughout was lovely. We felt very relaxed. Only criticism is that the restaurant is very expensive - even compared to standard prices in Dubrovnik!

A beautiful quiet and friendly hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Delicious food, beautiful garden. well furnished bedrooms. But no character. Everything was very bland. There was one room that had some interesting artefacts and the that was it, really. There was nothing in the room itself which distinguished it from corporate chain hotels. Wardrobe space was probably better. But the coffee cups had no saucers, the turn down service came once in the week. The car service was good and friendly

Beautiful boutique hotel in the hills (about 1km from the old city). Wonderful staff who made us very welcome. Clean modern rooms and an excellent restaurant. Really loved our stay here. Only has capacity for 42 guests so it is not crowded. Beautiful pool. Highly recommend it.

Palace Natali was an absolute gem. The location was both beautiful and serene, providing the perfect retreat after our busy days of exploring the city. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a calm and peaceful atmosphere that was much needed. The team was incredibly attentive and made our stay truly special. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful details throughout our visit, their hospitality was top-notch. They were always ready to help with any request, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The property itself was stunning, with elegant decor and well-maintained facilities. Our room (3) was spacious and cozy, THE MOST comfortable bed and offering a lovely view that made our mornings delightful. Whether it was enjoying a quiet moment in the garden or indulging in a delicious breakfast, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location provided the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury, making our Dubrovnik trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with exceptional service!

This is a very different 5 star hotel. There is no doubt it is a beautiful refurbished property in stunning gardens and with only 21 rooms it is naturally very peaceful. However there is not much choice for eating in the hotel and there is no where else nearby to grab a drink or snack )nearest shop over 200 steps away! ) It is nearly 400 steep steps into the old town we tended to do this on way down and get a taxi back which can work out expensive if you do it more than once a day! Staff were very helpful breakfast was good but limited choice not what I would expect for 5*. If you were in the annexe as we were you are surrounded and overlooked by local apartments with washing on line again not 5* experience. So if you choose this hotel be prepared for a lot of steep steps to get anywhere fefionot for elderly or anyone with even slight mobility issues which is not made clear in adverts.
