Отель просто супер. 3 мин до метро. На 1 этаже супермаркет. В 10 минутах ходьбы огромный гипермаркет lulu. Рядом обменники и магазинчики. Завтраки разнообразные, на любой вкус и для любого возраста. От отеля ходит бесплатный автобус до пляжа. Так в отеле есть бассейн, сауна. А номерах тапочки, халаты, мыльные принадлежности. Приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день. Рекомендую!!! Однозначно вернусь еще раз

早餐豐盛 設有地庫可免費停車 位於機場北側 去往沙迦方向自駕很方便 旁邊就是地鐵站 到老城al seef大概半小時；到dubai mall約50分鐘

酒店環境還不錯，離地鐵很近，去機場和旅遊景點都很方便，酒店入口在商場內，有超市，麥當勞，方便買一些生活用品。

Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker! Besonders das live cocking von Chef Natesh ist jedes Mal ein Höhepunkt und Gaumenschmaus bei Frühstück und Abendessen. Vielen Dank an Chef Natesh für das tolle Essen und den sehr freundlichen Service. Gleiches gilt für Manager Alameen

Sehr nettes Personal, der Empfang an der Rezeption immer sehr erfreulich. Kennen einen als Stammgast sofort . Saubere Zimmer, leider schon etwas abgewohnt. Das Essen unter Chef Natesh sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Gut gelegen an der Al Nahda Metro Station.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Vom Hotel erreicht man einfach das Leichtathletik Stadion. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Ineshan und seine Cleaningcrew putzen sehr sauber und sind sehr nett. Das Essen ist okay aber nicht besonders gut.

We are really pleased with our 11 days stay at the Al Bustan residence as it is a very nice hotel with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Dubai as it is located near to the metro station. The bus shuttle was coursing every day from the hotel to the Al Mamzar beach. The staff are very good and helpful, especially the Restaurant personnel managed by Alameen. Food was variable and tasty, good job by chef and cooks! The room was nice and had been made up every day. Big thanks to all the cleaning staff members! Good value for Money. I would definately recommend Al Bustan residence!

This is venu, I'm the tour manager of south indian group. all the times we book here. Hotel check-in, bell Boys service, room service, room cleaning are very very superb. we expecting more varieties of indian dishes! Otherwise, we are very happy to enjoyed foods.
