Hotelmüll, Ctrip-Service sogar Müll Ich werde nicht über den Mülldienst von Ctrip sprechen, wie auf dem Bild gezeigt, ich werde mich weiterhin beschweren Später ging das Hotel noch in Betrieb, es war noch mehr Müll, der Wasserhahn fehlte, die Wasserdüse ließ sich nicht wechseln, auf dem Bett waren noch Haare, und der Stöpsel des Waschbeckens unter dem Waschbecken ließ sich nicht öffnen, wodurch es komplett unbrauchbar wurde. Junk-Hotels und Müll-Ctrip kooperieren, um Müll nach Hause zu bringen

Die Umgebung ist gut, und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Der Innenraum ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Tagungsservice ist nachdenklich. Die Gesamtqualität des Servicepersonals ist relativ hoch. Die Reise ist auch bequem, etwa eine halbe Stunde zum Flughafen.

Good location if you have business in and around business bay , staff are mostly friendly and restaurant buffet and cocktails rather impressive , will certainly return. Some serious building works opposite, but besides that no complaints

Overall a good choice for travelers looking to spend most of the time outside of the hotel exploring the city. It’s a good location to call a cab, there is a convenient shop and coffee place next to the hotel. If you walk around the hotel area you can find a lot of food options.  The hotel itself has multiple options for food and drinks, however, I was left disappointed with the false advertising on their happy hour and ladies night promotions. These were promoted on an electronic device at the check in counter and when we went to check out the deals, I was told that they no longer offer ladies nights and that happy hour times had changed. This detail maybe be small but this was one of the factors I considered before choosing this hotel.  The rooms were clean and comfortable , the bed was soft, however, the shower wall is short which led to water spilling over, the hotel seems to be aware of the problem as they install a drain where the water collects but they haven’t extended the shower wall. Nevertheless, it was a good option and the staff was very helpful.

5 stars for all doorman, very kind and helpful. Location ok only as the weather is very hot. Would recommend staying at much nearer to mall for convenience otherwise will be spending a lot on taxi fees. Toilet always flooded and shower water not strong. Daily room service always gives 2 towels instead of 3, when there are 3 of us. Asked for extra pillows but was given 2 smelly pillows, manage to ask for exchange. But given pillow with strong lemongrass scent, not sure is the initial same pillow. Drinks and food prices are very expensive. I would recommend Careem apps for food delivery. Op for Burj Khalifa's view, thinking that we can see lighting on the building at night but our room facing the back of Burj Khalifa. Was a bit disappointed.

The location is not amazing and it is not bad. All around of hotel is under construction. Swimming pool is very good.

It is a fantastic hotel right in the downtown of Dubai. We booked a room on the 9th floor with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Room service was phenomenal, with so much to choose from. The restaurant FireLake was terrific. We booked a Christmas lunch for 500AED with a roast turkey buffet and lots more. Located close to the Dubai Mall, the Museum of Future, and many more, this hotel is excellent.

Hotel location is very good. Price is very reasonable for 5 star hotel.
