Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich in einem Hotel eine Toilettenspülung erlebe. Es fiel mir schwer, dass das Wasser zurückfloss.

Das Zimmer wird sehr sauber gehalten und das Frühstück ist auch gut. Es ist auf der hohen Seite. Die U-Bahn war etwas weit entfernt und daher etwas unpraktisch, aber insgesamt war es gut.

The bathroom smells like sewage. We complained they said we will fix it which never happened. Very poor breakfast no fresh tea and coffee you have to make your own. Also, staff members are not very friendly. We spent 4 days and couldn’t wait to leave.

The stay was okay as hygeine and cleanliness was a issue. Hotel dont have enough steam iron to provide to guests where the hotel claims to be of 4 star category. No bed sheet or towels were changed in 4 nights stay. Bathroom was bot properly cleaned as there were some long hairs strewn on bath tub of probably last guest stayed in the room.

Good room, good facilities, carry a deposit amount that they will return when you checkout, nice behaviour from front desk, for me its an affordable price with good facilities. Main thing they have to change guest to visit room or more time in launch area, that could be a good initiative if they introduce it. I hope they will do soon,

Room is good but check in process is very slow we got our room after 16:00 hrs. Location very convenient near to metro and lobby and public area washroom are not well clean

My expirence at this hotel was very bad. It was not very good in the early checking by the staff there. I had wait for three hours and then when i was given a room, there was already someone else in it.

I have not been told by make my trip that the hotel does not allow visitors. Just give you a brief on what happened. I have reached hotel at 2pm waited more than 2 hours for checkin and got the keys on hand at 3:15pm. Further to which, one of my friend came to visit me and the hotel staffs didnt allow at access my room even with the submission of id’s. This is so strange and never faced it earlier. I have checked out the hotel at 4:30pm. I would like to request a refund due to the same issue.
