Great newer property and well decorated. Great breakfast and adjoining bar area. Wonderful staff. Only complaint is $10 per night parking, which is ridiculous for a rural hotel with ample parking. The staff waived but buyer beware.

Everything is wonderful. Only thing that I was disappointed in was I reserved a King bed and ended up with a Queen. However, I feel this could be miscommunication between hotel and *******.

The hotel is new and very nice and clean. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've had a hotel. The lobby area is large with lots of tables and seating options. There is a nice outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The only complaint is having to pay for parking. I didn't see anything on the website about it and was told when we checked in. It was not a downtown hotel; it seemed totally unnecessary. I don't like hidden fees.

Very nice, new hotel. Convenient location for a ski trip at Schweitzer. Only a short drive to downtown Sandpoint. The bar in the lobby is very nice, and the bartenders are awesome. The pool and hot tub were also a great added bonus. Would recommend.

I really like this hotel. My problem was that an additional fee was charged before I was aware of it. There is a $10 parking fee at this hotel. It’s the way it was handled that was very disappointing.

It’s a nice new place. The lobby and bar are fancy looking.
Unfortunately, we had to ask for pool towels both days. The kids had to walk back to the room soaking wet because they didn’t have any out.
The bathroom was tiny and even though we checked in as a party of five, the bathroom only had four full sized towels. The shower water was luke warm/cold and it never got hot.
And they charge $10 a night for parking which in Sandpoint is just lame. No other place charges parking in town.
Overall it’s a nice new hotel, but they have kinks to work out.
