As a regular Four seasons patrons in other countries, we had a disappointing Christmas Experience here at the Pearl Doha. We arrived at 1230 as a party of 12. Had pre booked, and our table had been taken. Sadly no-one took responsibility to solve the issue. It took 90 mins, during that time we were left standing without any beverages. Once sat at the table it was full of the previous guests rubbish and the service was very poor. We were constantly asking for cutlery, drinks, water. In the four hours we spent there it not only took 90 minutes to be seated but it took one guest 60 minutes to receive his drink. Thankfully the food was of their normal high standard, which was their saving grace. Disappointed there was no apology or reparation offered for what was a fault on the hotels part.
