New hotel, nice room with city view, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The food and service were excellent. I’m planning to come back soon. Giovani gave us first-class attention, and we were seated at a table that accommodated our needs. I highly recommend the fig cheesecake. The pizza could be improved, but everything else was top-notch.

My massage with Irene was nothing short of amazing. I had the Wankaa Big Stone Massage and the Warawa Facial. Great pressure during the massagen and my was so radiant and smooth after the facial. Getting a massage and facial at Go Quito Hotel is a must! Karina was great in helping me set up services at the spa. When I arrived I felt relaxed and was treated to a soothing tea after. She was a wonderful host. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The room had every amenity. I love that it has a well equipped gym and the buffet breakfast was great. I highly recommend!

Great food, great view of the city and wonderful service by the waitress Krupskaia with such warmth and nice smile. It was a great dinner experience. Also, I loved the ponchos, the lighting, the ambiance, the diversity of food, and the menu.

Excellent beginning to a three day weekend at the GO Quito. Easy check-in and complimentary cocktails at arrival. Service by Samantha and Bryan in the bar was excellent and the drinks were delicious. Bell-hop service to the room was nice. Everyone we encountered was fully bilingual and very helpful. Looking forward to the rest of our stay.

I went with my family to the restaurant called El Panecillo. The food is delicious and the customer service is great (our waiter Geovanny treated us very well). My inlaws had a locro de papas (soup) and seco de chivo (goat), my wife and I had a lomo fino (steak) and patos & ocas (duck) and my little daughter had a burger; everybody liked their dishes. For dessert I would recommend to have the one called Cotopaxi. Try this restaurant; you will like it very much both the food and rooftop view of Quito.

I really liked the SPA, very clean and modern. Irene help me with my massage and she was wonderful . The service was very friendly and organized, i could see they use good quality products. Also they offered me a nice herbal tea before leaving . I left recharged !

I had the pleasure at saying at Go Quito, and Samantha and Brian at the bar were absolutely fantastic. They were very kind, attentive and helpful. The drinks they made were great and local to Ecuador. I had canelazo which it really tastes good.

Great to have Samantha and Bryan they make difference , they keep people entertained and engaged . I will come back because of them so keep them . Their communication and commitment makes a difference to guest . With such great attitude they will keep getting guest coming back

Excellent service from the room taking care of the team (Nidia, Alexandra) to the restaurant crew. Dinner menu is exceptional, and breakfast has great assortment. Diego during the breakfast always took care of us. The location is perfect to walk around and to enjoy key touristic areas of Quito.

Beautiful hotel, and great experience! Room was incredibly modern and had gorgeous views of the city. Staff were always warm and welcoming. Eugenia V. from housekeeping was so friendly and went over and above. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The food was excellent and better the service. Francisco helped us in everything and give us incredible recommendations. The view was spectacular, the decoration a the place is beautiful. Try the ravioles………………………………………………………………!!!!
