While as the public we acknowledge your EPHEMERAL public apology regarding Rheen's misplaced adapter and understand that you may have deleted posts about this issue, I believe the incident has already become part of your history and can’t be erased. In order to build a better image and earn the trust of your clientele, it is crucial to improve your customer service. I would suggest investing in training your staff with proper etiquette and customer relations skills to help address client issues in a more professional and courteous manner. This will surely have a more positive long-term impact than simply deleting posts and comments made by guests. Additionally, I recommend addressing some physical concerns in your premises, including fumigating to eliminate any bedbugs and finding ways to control noise levels, especially for guests who wish to sleep while others are partying. These improvements would greatly enhance the comfort of your visitors and improve the overall experience. Deleting posts only speaks into your guilt as you failed to meet your guest's expectations. It's a shame!

I was here recently and I totally enjoyed the night life experience. The games were amazing and the DJ played good Afrobeats songs and other genre that made the experience amazing. I recommend going on Fridays for the night life experience.

Highly recommend this place,came here just for a day drink but we must come back.Very clean place with beautiful view.The swimming pool was very clean,toilets the same.The bar man with dreadlocs was very friendly and welcoming.I highly rate this place 10/10

We had an amazing stay at Diani Backpackers! The hostel is so social and the staff are so friendly. The hostel owner, Mark, was particularly helpful in providing alternative accommodation when we were really stuck for somewhere to stay the following night. Wish I could have stayed here longer but will for sure stay here again when I am back in Kenya! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Diani. Thanks guys for a super stay :)

Diani backpackers was a stay that I’ll never forget, the stay was amazing met and made new friends, there service was second to none, there rooms were beautiful as they looked at the photos beforehand, everything about it was just superb…Personally where I fell in love with backpackers was there team led by a brilliant manager by the name Joan “jojo”… keep up the good work guys, Love you so much Diani backpackers can’t wait to be back….

This place literally feels like home for me. The owner and all staff members are extremely friendly, caring, and so much fun! I felt so looked after during my stay. Would highly recommend staying here, especially as a solo traveler! Diani Beach is also the perfect destination to explore.
