Hotel is very flexible who give me late check out to catch my evening flight. I chose this hotel because it is near airport. Recently, Bangladesh is having protest so it is important for visitors to stay at a safe place and close to airport. This hotel is a good choice for us!

The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

Ein anderer taiwanesischer Agentur weigert sich, die Rückzahlung direkt zu erteilen, weil es sechs Tage bestellt hat, und dann schickte das Hotelpersonal eine Nachricht über den Gespräch an die Agentur. Nachdem die Tagesgebühr zurückgezahlt wurde, wurde die Endzahlung zurückgezahlt, die gesamte Prozesstrip.com hat die Koordinierung durchgeführt. Die Problemkarte ist bei der Agentur. Der erste Tag wird nicht zurückgezahlt. Der nächste Tag wird mehrmals nach der Koordinierung zurückgezahlt. Aber die Tagesgebühr wurde verzögert, und das Hotel hat keine Gebühren erhoben. Also wenn Sie einen Agenten buchen, müssen Sie sich die Zeit und den zurückzuzahlenden Zeitpunkt beobachten. Ich habe einen Monat später bestellt, so dass ich den falschen Zeitpunkt bestellt habe. Ich habe mich schuldig gemacht, dass einer der Agenten nicht zurückgezahlt hat, und ich habe den gleichen Termin im nächsten Monat bestellt.

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich. Es war relativ sauber. Ich denke, es ist nur Bangladesch und daher 4 Sterne sauber kann nicht wirklich erwartet werden. Ich würde zu diesem Hotel zurückkommen. Gesamt 7 von 10 oder Prob für Dhaka sollte es mehr wie 8/10 sein

Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind sehr allgemein, alten Alten, aber der Service ist sehr herzlich und freundlich, das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut
