Das Ambiente des Hotels ist insgesamt recht gut, wenn auch nicht mit den InterContinental-Hotels in China vergleichbar. Es ist groß, die Umgebung relativ sauber und ruhig, nicht laut. Das merkt man auch an anderen Hotels: Es liegt zur Straße hin, was schwer zu beschreiben ist. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, und obwohl die vielen lokalen Gewürze für manche ein Problem darstellen könnten, ist die Auswahl in Ordnung. Für einen Aufenthalt in Bangladesch bin ich mit der Unterkunft und dem Service recht zufrieden.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Fünf Sterne für die Sicherheit und das Frühstücksbuffet! Dank unserer Lage im Botschaftsviertel fühlten wir uns rund um die Uhr absolut sicher. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen des Hotels sind erstklassig. Und jeder Morgen war mit dem unglaublichen Frühstück ein Genuss. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen, leckeren Gerichten in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Perfekt für alle, die Wert auf eine sichere Umgebung legen, ohne auf ein erstklassiges kulinarisches Erlebnis verzichten zu wollen.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Mitten im geschäftigen Geschäftsviertel von Banani gelegen, ist dieser Dachterrassenpool eine Seltenheit in Bangladesch. Obwohl er klein ist, ist es eine angenehme Überraschung, einen solchen Pool in Bangladesch zu finden. Die Größe und Ausstattung des Pools sind zufriedenstellend. Auf der Dachterrasse befindet sich eine Bar, die von europäischen und amerikanischen Gästen gern besucht wird.

Die Lage ist strategische, etwa 30 Minuten Fahrt entfernt vom Flughafen und Supermarkt ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Zimmer und öffentliche Toilette sind sauber. Personal sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sauber und schön, kann ich jedoch vorschlagen, das Frühstücksmenü am wechselnden Tag zu ändern? So, dass, Gast, der lange bleiben, könnten andere Lebensmittel genießen.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
