Haustierfreundliche Hotels in Desenzano del Garda

Bei unserem Besuch war in der Junior Suite das Fenster und die Balkontür defekt (schlossen nicht richtig). Somit konnten wir aufgrund der nahen Uferstrasse nicht richtig schlafen (bis in die frühen Morgenstunden fahren hier Sportwagen rauf und wieder runter). Wir haben das moniert, ein Mitarbeiter hat sich das nach wiederholter Nachfrage auch angeschaut, konnte - weil ein Beschlagsteil fehlte - aber nur das Fenster fixen. Beim Checkout wurde uns auf unsere Beschwerde hin eine Entschädigung in Aussicht gestellt, wenn wir uns an die Zentrale wenden (Zimmer war vorab bezahlt) was aber nicht passiert ist (keine Antwort auf Anschreiben und Nachfrage). Das Frühstück war ok, der Automatenkaffe für Italien eine Zumutung. Parkplätze sind zu klein und zu wenig (wir mussten auch eine Nacht draußen parken). Ambiente billig (Kunstrasen, Plastikmöbel am Pool/Bar). Ich bin öfter am Gardasee, da werde ich aber nicht mehr hingehen.

Although the first impressions of this hotel may leave you wanting more, by the time we left we’d had a wonderful time after being well looked after by a small collection of lovely members of staff, ranging from the informative receptionists to the attentive ‘breakfast crew’, the barman and the maids. Positioned about A 10 minute walk into town, it is away from the hustle and bustle and a lake view room is a must…3rd floor is ideal. The breakfast options cater for all, including fresh omelettes and a smoothie maker if you’re brave enough to have a go, and the croissants are to die for! Free use of the spa is a bonus ( book it to avoid disappointment). The hotel is great value for money in a town where options are not cheap. Nearest mini-mart is en route in to town on right hand side just before the pedalos! We did a day trip to Verona, via the train ( station is a 25 minute walk away ) and also a coach trip to Venice (2.5 hours on the coach each way-but well worth it with a tour guide who looks after you). A couple of boat trips to Sirmione ( €6 return) and Garda ( bit more expensive on the rapido service) but nice to break up the day. Plenty of restaurants in town to eat at and we kept each visit below €50 with 2 main meals, a carafe of wine, a bottle of water and the cover charge. If you do choose here…. Enjoy!

Great hotel. Have just stayed for 5 nights. Decor and amenities really nice and comfortable. Everywhere was spotless! Our room was quite large and really couldn't fault it. Shower seemed to turn hot and cold all by itself but we managed. Staff were all very hard working and lovely. Even though its just off the lake It's a little remote being in-between Sermione and Desenzano. Glad we had a hire car as I think we would have struggled otherwise but if you have transport It's a good base. There is some free parking on site and nearby. Otherwise they charge 20 euros per night to use their underground parking. Nice rooftop area over looking the lake with a small heated pool. Also has another ground floor large pool though I'm not sure if this is closed now as weather is a little cool. There was an extra charge for us for the spa but we didn't have chance to use it as we were so busy sight seeing. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything you could want to eat. You could get some lunch but there was no evening restaurant which was the only downside for us. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and of course there are thousands of restaurants in the towns around the lake but it maybe would have been nice to come back from a long days sightseeing to be able to relax with a meal before we retired and didn't have to drive/walk back to the hotel after eating.

Große und komfortabele Struktur, sehr sauber. Das Restaurant bietet eine mittlere hochwertige Küche mit guter Service. Die Zimmer sind groß und alle mit einem großen Balkon ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Sehr zufriedenstellende Erfahrung

We had a nice stay here the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean although in my opinion the furniture and décor is a bit dated and could do with updating however it is functional. The balconies are large and sunny. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice we only had breakfast once so don't know if there are different items daily . The location its about 10 minutes from the centre for bars and restaurants and the ferry terminal and about the same to the train station in the opposite direction, 5minutes to Ins supermarket at the bottom of the street and around 15- 20 minutes to larger supermarkets. So its pretty central for everything. Disliked · Air conditioning very noisy had to turn it off at night and not very good during the day. Poor lighting in the room at night. Needs better access to the refuge bins. Soundproofing could be better. Hairdryer poor.

The cosy apartments are spacious and pleasantly furnished, decorated in the Italian traditional style with wooden ceilings and terracotta tiled floor.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Selbst zum Ende der Zeit wird noch aufgefüllt und es ist reichlich vorhanden. Leider ist uns im Zimmer etwas unter das Bett gefallen. Dabei haben wir gesehen, dass dort nicht geputzt war. Ansonsten ist der Service sehr gut und die Zimmer sind neu und modern.

Das freundliche und kleine Hotel liegt zentral in Desenzano und mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Direkt neben dem Hotel beginnt die Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften, Lokalen und der Uferpromenade. Das Frühstück ist gemessen an italienischen Verhältnissen weit überdurchschnittlich, der Service hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und sie haben ein modernes Bad. Ebenso gibt es eine individuell regelbare Klimaanlage und einen Safe. Das Auto kann gegen einen sehr fairen Preis von 10€ für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes in einer Parkgarage geparkt werden, die jedoch einen kleinen Fußmarsch entfernt liegt. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man natürlich direkt vor das Hotel fahren. Insgesamt für den fairen Preis eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, die sich mit 4 Sterne Häusern messen kann.
