Beste Hotels mit Bar in Desaru

The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

Reasonable price, good location near the beach, all rooms are facing the seaview & friendly staff, breakfast spread is quite good for the price. The facility is quite rundown, lack of maintenance - plants & landscape need to upkeep, turf with litters, aircon is very noise because air filter is choked with dust. Other nearby areas of interest are closed, Ostrich farm & Adventures park. If hotel wants to keep customers coming, they really have to take it seriously to upkeep the whole facility.

Beautiful rooms and resort! The infinity pool facing the sea was gorgeous! Our room and toilet were beautiful! The private pool was great but the water can be cold. It would be great if there could be a heater for the pool. There were a lot of insects (but it is understandable due to being surrounded by rainforest) so if you hate insects, do not stay in the rainforest room. We took the ocean room and it was already quite much lol. Our stay was AH-MAY-ZING. It was so private and luxurious. The staff were all very friendly and everyone showered our baby with so much love! We were deeply impressed and if you asked if we were ever going to stay there again, i would say “in a heartbeat!”. Thank you everyone for the amazing stay!

Das Resort war gut gepflegt und schön! Die Hotelpersonal waren alle freundlich und willkommen. Besonderes Dank an Mira aus dem Front Office Team. Sie war wirklich untergebracht und hilfreich, als ich um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten habe, weil mein Zimmer wirklich am Ende war und die Ansicht war nicht, was ich reserviert habe. Ich reiste mit jungen Kindern und die Aussicht war ziemlich depressiv mit Blick auf den Park. Nach einigen Anrufwechseln, hat sie uns eine Zimmerwechsel, die so viel schöner und komfortabel war. wir waren alle so dankbar und dankbar für das Die Hilfe von Mira und wahrscheinlich ihr ganzes Team. es machte unser Aufenthalt so besondere. Wir werden sicher wieder für unsere nächste Reise nach Desaru kommen. Frühstück war großartig, ernsthaft unsere Erfahrung in diesem Resort war einer der besten in Desaru bislang!
