Hotels in der Nähe von Chiesa di Sant＇Antonio Abate, Deruta

We gingen afgelopen zomer voor de 7de keer naar deze Agriturismo. Het voelt als thuiskomen. Het domein is tot in de puntjes onderhouden en is een oase van rust. In het groot zwembad vinden we verkoeling overdag, in het restaurant kan je culinair genieten van de Umbrische keuken. De kamers zijn authentiek, dus grote luxe zoals in een hotel mag je niet verwachten. Dat zou de setting van de oude hoeve aan charme doen verliezen. Onze kamer is telkens uitgerust met airco, douche, moderne wc en wasbak een een heerlijk bed. Alles wat je nodig hebt. De centrale ligging maakt het uitstekend voor bezoekjes te brengen aan de historische steden van de oude Etrusken, natuurbezoeken en zelfs met wat rijden tot meren en de zee. Ik geniet telkens weer enorm van de rust tijdens mijn vakantie.

Angetroffen und entkommen bei Umbrien Jazz:gemäßes, aber gut gepflegtes Hotel, sehr kleines, aber sauberes und komfortabeles Einzelzimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt im Gemeinde Ponte San Giovanni, 8 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Perugia entfernt. Ich konnte den Pool nicht probieren, aber ich bin ganz einfach zufrieden. Ps:Für die Woche Umbria Jazz wäre es nützlich, einen Shuttle-Service auch zu bezahlen (Sie haben einen Shuttle im Parkplatz). Das tun bereits andere Hotels und genügen 4/5 tägliche Rennen, um einen Top-Service zu geben.

Ich habe mit meiner Partnerin gebündelt, ein wenig Arbeit und ein wenig Urlaub, wir können nur so viel Ruhe Professionalität und freundlichkeit loben, wir können nicht einen Defekt finden, auch das Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich, alles unvermeidlich! Wir werden mit Freude zurückkehren

Bequem Parkplatz, bequem Bett, hervorragende Dusche, Frühstücksluft und diskrete. Hotels ein wenig antiken, aber funktional für Geschäfts. Geschenk der Wasserflasche und Snack am Abflug, sehr geschätzt.

I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers from June 8 to June 9. Location is second to none, only a few steps from Basilica of St. Francis and also walking distance to/from the bus station. The entire town is just lovely and very charming. We got family room #10 located on the building's attic, it consists of two separate areas: a double bed, and two twin beds, with a bathroom right in the middle. Enough toiletries for all 4 of us and the entire room was clean, with plenty of storage places. The double bed area might come across as small so you could store items on the twin bed area which is a bit more spacious. Both twin and double rooms have brand new flat screen TV's, so updated that we were able to watch Netflix. AC is located only on the twin room so guests on the double room might not feel it so my advice would be to turn it on way before you get to sleep and also to close the bathroom door so that the air distributes more evenly. Beds were comfy and we had piece and quiet during our sleep despite a concert going on right at the Basilica's premises. Not enough dining options nearby; there's a restaurant facing the Basilica but it doesn't serve full dinner until 7pm. Breakfast was delicious and very filling: coffee, juices, croissants, fruit(i.e. apples, oranges, bananas), pieces of cake, biscuits, cold cereal, assorted cheese, yogurt, jelly, Nutella, butterand different kinds of bread. I found this breakfast to be simple, yet one of the best I've ever had at this type of accomodation. I'm giving this place a rating of 4 instead of 5 for the following reason: we booked via *********** and my husband got an email with instructions on how to make self-checking in case we arrived after reception's closing time which was 7pm. We arrived at 4:30pm so reception was supposed to be open, no one answered when we rang the bell so my husband entered the code to enter. We did and there was no one on sight so my husband followed the instructions on where to look for our check-in envelope. All 4 of us looked everywhere also fearing that by doing so were being way too intrusive but there was no info related to us. Several times we tried to reach the staff at all three numbers that were posted on reception with no response and there was no email to contact them so last resort was to sending them a message via *********** before considering staying somewhere else, all the while crossing our fingers that this time someone could respond. Finally, at aprox. 5pm, my husband got a reply stating that we just grab key #10 from the wall and go to our room. Next morning the lady from reception requested us our passport just a couple of minutes before check-out; I know it's part of the procedure but I see no point in showing our ID's right when we were about to leave. We didn't mind that staff doesn't speak too much English; instead, we decided to learn some basic Italian phrases before leaving home because we're not self-entitled when it comes

Be very careful! On approaching the property we wondered what we were letting ourselves into. The car park was overgrown and the place was deserted. Reception were particularly unhelpful...restaurant closed at 2pm and even though we arrived just before that time, there qA no offer of food or room service. We had prebooked a meal for 7.30pm (in January!) only to be told that they had a block booking, the restaurant did not open til 8pm and even then we would have to come along after 9pm and choose from a set menu that was for the block booking. Booked a Country Superior Dependance. The room was terrible. It was clean but it was sp**** and barren compared to the web pictures. The sofa was stained and ripped and the terrace was dressed with 2 half empty tubs...the hotel later explained due to the weather albeit no other hotel on our trip had such issues. The living room would challenge anyone's idea of comfort. We requested a room change but could only be offered a similarly uninspiring room without a balcony..but the promise that we could change the next day. On reflection we decided not to stay. Reception then tried to offer other rooms albeit they had earlier said we had seen the one available. Reception, after a prolonged call with the hotel director, insisted on a 2 night no show cancellation charge notwithstanding that we had shown up and the hotel had been unable to offer the accommodation booked as described on its website. Despite numerous exchanges since, the hotel insists on keeping its 2 days payment. Frankly they need the money to put some furniture and feeling into the room that we were offered. Just compare the pics! As I say...this is the only hotel I have ever walked away from.

Es ist sehr sauber und gut preisbar, aber das Thementum war nicht zu unserem Geschmack, aber einige werden es lieben. Das Frühstück ist nicht bis zum Par, und während das Essen im Restaurant gut für Abendessen war das Mädchen, das uns setzte, war ziemlich abrupt und brutal. Sie schien irritiert, dass wir keine Reservierung hatten, obwohl wir gerade in wenigen Stunden vorhin geprüft haben. Die Lage wäre eine Frage für alle mit Mobilitätsfragen, wenn sie viel Zeit in der alten Stadt verbringen wollen. Während die Mini-Metro ist Spaß und Spaziergang ist es ein sehr starker Hügel und Neuheit trägt nach zwei Tagen. Es war ruhig und Parkplatz war gut, so dass wenn Sie in einem Budget und möchten eine zentrale Lage zu allen umliegenden mittelalterlichen Altstadt fahren, dann könnte das für Sie funktionieren, aber warnt, Das Jazz- und Weinthema lässt Sie sich fühlen, wie der Ort ist älter und dankiger als es eigentlich ist..... es ist ein klassischer, weniger manchmal.
