Our flight was canceled causing us to stay an unexpected night in Denver. I called around to several hotels to get info about shuttles. They stated they have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the airport. So we booked this hotel because we needed the shuttle. We reserved our spot on the shuttle for 3:40am. We got downstairs right at 3:40. There was no shuttle. We came back in and asked the front desk lady. She said it was 3:41 and they do not wait even a minute. I explained we got out there at 3:40, and didn’t see a shuttle anywhere, not even pulling out of the lot. She had zero empathy. We were on time but the shuttle left us. We had already had a rough trip, but her attitude toward us made it even worse. There were a few people in the lobby that told us the shuttle had left 5-10 minutes before that. So the lady at the front desk lied to us, then tried to blame it on the time change. We ended up having to order a $40 Uber. This was the hotels fault. Their shuttle is not dependable if it is leaving 5-10 minutes before scheduled times. I assume most people staying here will want reliable transportation. I would recommend another hotel that cares a little more about customers making their flight.
