Mein Aufenthalt im Motel 6 war insgesamt gut. Insgesamt hätte ich jeden Tag einen besseren Zimmerservice bekommen können. Ich bin jetzt seit 14 Tagen dort ..... jeden Tag gleich war ich mit dem Zimmerservice dort.

I did not like it, lots of constructions workers stay at this hotel. parking lot is full with comercial vehicles. the rooms smells, the bed skirts and carpets are dark color, the elevators are slow and filthy, the towels look like they get wash with water only no detergent or softener. Frond desk staff are not friendly. Location to the base, for graduation is good and breakfast are good, but If you can afford to pay more and sleep in a hotel that offers cleanness and comfort do so, check the base recommendations for hotels online you”ll have happy stay. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Stayed here while attending a military graduation. Everything was good and clean. Even left some of my clothes and they returned them to me. I thought they hadn’t returned a hoodie. I called and reported, but I was wrong. I called back to humbly apologize and I was treated respectfully even after realizing and admitting my error and my apology was accepted graciously, no raking me over the coals. Shew, I felt terrible! Thank you.

Mein Mann und ich haben wirklich gefreut, bleiben. Es war schön und ziemlich. Die Betten und Kissen sind wir sehr komfortabel. Andy und Crystal sind sehr süß und freundlich. Wir werden bald wieder zurückgehen und bleiben.

Housekeeping was dismal. This is a pet-friendly hotel and as such it would be important to clean those rooms carefully. We found pet hair in the corners upon arriving, and a dirty used towel on the bathroom door hook. One ”clean” towel had mold spots on it and another was, at best, a rag with large holes. Upon reporting this to the desk they were apologetic and issued new towels but explained the housekeeping on a language problem with the staff. In retrospect, I probably should have asked for a discount on my bill or voucher on my next Wyndham reservation. I would expect more from the La Quinta brand.

I’m guessing there are staffing issues. There’s NO hot breakfast - you have to go to the front desk to get a paper bag with yogurt, oj, and fruit cup. Packaged muffins and coffee were self serve. But there were no signs and no warning in the reservation that this was the only option. I would not have booked there if I’d known and feel like we didn’t get what we paid for. We are on a 16 hour road trip and wanted to start the day with a hot breakfast. The 4 th floor is under renovation as well… doesn’t affect the rooms - just the halls that I could see, but during the week I’m guessing there’d be work going on. The beds were clean and comfortable, but shower curtain is old and stained; floors had trash here and there; phone didn’t work at all (found out when I tried to call the desk to report people arguing loudly in the hallway at 3am); and someone had smoked since the bathroom reeked of smoke. I will say that Justice at the desk was very busy all by himself at 8pm check in but quietly friendly; Matt (maintenance) came and sprayed the bathroom (although it didn’t last). I think the bathroom will need to be scrubbed from floor to ceiling to get the stench away (burn marks on toilet too). So frustrated at inconsiderate people!! The woman at the desk in the morning must have gotten an earful - I don’t fault them for noisy guests. Expected much better from Marriott.
