Worst experience ever. It deserves 0 star. I booked through *********** for 3 persons (my spouse with 2 children) and while transferring the details from *********** to fabhotels it got changed to 2. Hotel manager created lot of scene even though the room was able to accommodate 3rd guest without extra bed. However, middle of the night hotel administration was adamant to either cough up additional Rs.1500 or leave. Imagine lady with 2 young children. She said that we will work it out with ***********. Now comes the 2nd part, I again reached out to *********** and they promptly updated the booking and added 3rd guest. I thought everything is over. Not yet. Hotel manager insisted they did not receive updated booking. Again some miscommunication between *********** & fabhotels and at the end my spouse had to pay additional Rs.1500. After I checked out, I receive an email from fabhotels that THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE UPADTED RESERVATION FROM *********** BUT NOTHING CAN'T BE DONE BECAUSE GUESTS HAVE ALREADY CHECKED OUT. I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM *********** & FABHOTELS. HOTEL STAFF IS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL.
