Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es ist ein schönes, modernes und sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel. Der Fokus war das Personal, das oben und darüber ging, um unseren Aufenthalt komfortabel zu machen. Service ist unglaublich! Die Restaurants haben eine fantastische Küche und das Personal der Restaurants sind wieder schön!

Im Allgemeinen ist es ein gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt! Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was großartig ist, aber es gibt keine heiße Dusche am Morgen, als ich sie brauchte, und das Zimmer selbst war nicht super sauber, als ich das Zimmer betrat. Die Dusche war kaputt, als ich meine erste Dusche haben wollte, rief die Rezeption an, anstatt mein Zimmer zu wechseln, schickten sie einen Klempner, um es zu reparieren ... Das Problem war immer noch da, also musste ich vorsichtig sein, wenn ich die Dusche benutzte .

In der Nähe von Connaught Place, einfach zu bewegen mit dem U-Bahn- und Taxis sowie das Personal sind sehr freundlich. Das warme Wasser kam gut aus und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich.

I found this 3 star hotel by Google close to the Delhi airport “free airport shuttle” which was not correct and the only hotel that I saw who advertised this on Google searching hotels near Delhi airport… I had to spend the night after not able to board a flight back to USA Sunday morning at 12:20 AM on the morning of December 3 but on the evening of December 2. I was only able to reserve a room from December 3-4 on line. Not a problem at all. I asked someone from the information desk to please help me with how much more it would cost to check in immediately around 2 AM… They said 2,500 rupees more. No problem at all. I was excited to be able to have the opportunity to sleep comfortably. I was welcomed by their front desk staff and immediately escorted to my room which I slept very comfortably for 8 hours after taking a shower. When I woke up I showered again before going out to explore the Aerocity Area around me. Rakes at the front desk was very polite and accommodating with things to do around me in the short visit that I had in Aerocity. He recommended going to World Mark I at Aerocity which I found the cutest airline restaurant and bar called “The Social.” When I returned to my hotel Rakes greeted me with a smile and helped me check out asking about how his recommendations were. They were fantastic I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff at Hotel Purple Orchid enough. I enjoyed resting so comfortably at this hotel while walking to so many other places close to me!

If in aerocity or airport area eyes close and trust this hotel. It's very vibrant, excellent hospitality,reception manager very accommodating and caring,Pleasant stay at a convenient location with comfortable rooms, Proximity to T3, spacious and clean rooms. Great food at their multi cuisine restaurant

Recently I had the pleasure of staying here. The hotel's accommodations were luxurious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.The hotel staff deserves commendation for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, addressing any inquiries promptly and with a genuine smile.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Mir gefiel die Effizienz beim Einchecken, die Sauberkeit und die Gastfreundschaft. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung. Frühstück und Abendessen waren wirklich gut.

Die Zimmer sind so sauber und komfortabel. Die Angestellten sind so fürsorglich und freundlich. Der Zimmerservice ist wirklich erstklassig. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Ich habe es meinen Freunden und meiner Familie empfohlen. Das Essen ist auch gut, sowohl vegetarisch als auch nicht vegetarisch. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war so gut.

Sehr gutes Hotel Frühstücksservice ist sehr gut. Es wäre besser, wenn es ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe gibt
