The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay. Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide. We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

Wir hatten hohe Erwartungen, aber überraschend haben wir ein Eckeszimmer, wo die Toilette nicht funktionierte. Als Prozess, die wir die Rezeption angerufen und beschwerten, kommt der Kerl zu Checks und sagt jetzt seine Arbeit, später haben wir es wieder verwendet und das gleiche Problem gefunden. Wieder an der Rezeption, die gleiche Veranstaltung wiederholte, wir schließlich aufhörten, die Rezeption anzurufen und begannen, das Toilette durch einen Bucket Wasser zu fließen. Es hat uns wirklich gepisst, aber konnte nichts tun. Während ich mich als üblicherweise Rezeption Check-out war entschuldigt und versuchte mir einen Rs 500/- Rabatt auf Essen nur, um mich glücklich zu machen, was ich nicht unterhalte. Aber die Aussicht vom Zimmer und Essen im Restaurant war gut. Aber insgesamt fühlte ich mich betrübt und empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

One of the best hotels near Dehradun Airport is Padmini Palace. I stayed there for a two-day business trip, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the airport. The ambiance of the property was exceptional. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you're looking for accommodations in Dehradun and proximity to the airport is a priority. Booked this hotel for my friends and family through online because better deals found . Location was little far from tapovan and jhula around 6 km but we'll because heavy traffic inside the city . Reached hotel early hours but thanks to reception guys to accomodate us without late. Nicely maintained hotel with beautiful reception areas . Good specious room with fullfill amenities. Rooms was clean and prompt services by housekeeping. Food on rooftop was excellent. Stay here 2 night and enjoyed every moment at hotel with good services

An easy auto-rickshaw ride from Dehradun Station (pay no more than 200rp and hold your ground!) brings you to the laneway entrance to this brand spanking new hotel built in an open atrium style. Everything is shiny, clean and new and the service super polite and friendly. Comfortable spacious rooms and a nice buffet breakfast make for a relaxing stay. Two minor irritations. Wifi. One is asked to constantly logon every time and often during a session on a device. The final night the whole thing gave up the ghost and was still not really functioning properly again the next morning. As the TV channels are not good that meant back to a book but that is of course a first world issue. The other was aircon. The rooms themselves, great. The common areas I think are difficult to regulate due to the vast space. A little warm in the afternoon/evening. Otherwise recommended. Last tip.....use Dehradun Mussoorie taxis to get a taxi to/from Mussoorie. Call them direct to get a booking, don't try online, it won't work. The phone operator speaks great English and will confirm straight away by Whatsapp. By 8am the morning of departure your driver's details are forwarded.

We are a family of four staying at Hotel Crystal Palace in June 2023. We have booked six rooms, and they have provided us with interconnected rooms for our children. The hotel is located 1.2 km away from Mall Road, but they offer parking facilities and pick-up and drop-off services to Mall Road. However, these services are subject to timing availability. The rooms are satisfactory, but it is worth considering that there is no lift available, so please think twice before booking rooms on the third floor. The food at the hotel was awesome. The food court offers a lovely view of Mussoorie and the hills.

Good experience good food n property amenities are also nice overall the property is worth the money we got down at rishikesh n went there the jain food provided is also good and staff is cooperative too
